I’ve seen other reviews that make this hotel to be awful, but honestly, it is a really nice hotel, clean and modern with very helpful staff. There are security gates for the car park and 24 hour staff at reception. The room was spacious with a table and chair to sit at, the bed was very comfortable and the windows are double glazed so outside noise is mostly blocked out. You can hear the airplanes overhead but not in an intrusive way. Our room was spotlessly clean and the shower was hot. The adjoining hotel does have refugees in but they keep themselves quiet and away from you so they are not a problem. This is a budget hotel but my own experience of it was it was as good as moderate hotels. For convenience there is a communal microwave for use and the Carrefour is just a 5 minute drive away. Also in walking distance is a McDonalds, KFC and a Buffett dining restaurant.

It was extremely dirty. Seemed like mold was in the first room with big dark spots, some black on the floor and across the bathroom. Got a second room because of this and similarly had those dark moldy spots in the bathroom in addition to a few spiders and bugs. Left a few minutes after to find another place to sleep

The hotel next door contains dozens of refugees and is not separated from other hotels. Noisy with loads of children, and people hanging about the accommodation.

Horrible hotel with no air-conditioning!

This is a horrible hotel. It is in the ghetto, I felt unsafe and worried about our rental car being parked there. This hotel is in poor condition, everything was broken in our room, no maintenance of any kind. Fan didnt work, no air conditioning on a 29 degree day. We couldnt sleep as it was hot amd the bed was very uncomfortable. Will never stay here again! Would have stayed again at Easy Hotel but it was booked up on the way home. Close to airport that is all with this hotel! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Basic facilities and small rooms but comfortable. Reception staff very helpful. A bit tired and grubby in places but clean. A good base to venture in and out of Paris by train. Options to eat within easy walking distance. It transpires that breakfast isn’t included though implied it is. Don’t spend the 8 Euros on dry pastries and average coffee. Overall, would stay again if travelling by car and need a base to get to Paris.

You pay what you get. It was an inexpensive stay for us who just wanted a place to sleep in without spending any more money before taking the plane back to the US..._and it did just that, it is 10-15 mins from CDG Airport and it was very affordable- highly recommendable if you just want to sleep in at a low cost.
