The property is too close to the rail road crossing, the train blow the horn every 5 seconds. The traffic eco is very strong because the rooms are not sealed. The staff is very friendly

I couldn’t even stay because they didn’t have a credit card terminal, and they still charged my credit card through hotels.com And hotels.com say they are not responsible, when they were the only ones with my credit card info. The hotel didn’t even have a terminal

Not the best. My wife and I just entered the hotel and walked out immediately. It was horrible from the entrance to the exit. Service was great. The lady was super nice and polite.

Only 2 bath towels. No hand towels nor washcloth. No blankets. Asked and didn't have. Bed hard as rocks. Price not much less than a better quality hotel. I'm was rated 2.5 stars. I'll give it 1.3.

El problema fue que al llegar al hotel nos informaron que ellos no tienen convenio de reservaciones con Expedia y tuvimos que volver a pagar. Esto que hicieron ustedes Expedia es un fraude ya que no puedo dar seguimiento para que me reembolsen el dinero que les deposite.
