No front desk couldn't check in

The check in was horrible. No one was there. We waited about 30 minutes and others that were there before us left. It was about 11pm and we were very tired, to not know if we were even going to get our prepaid room was really bad and being in a foreign country added to the frustration

The rooms are in need of a deep cleaning. Carpet smells and had dirt and dust around the edges. Front desk personnel were rude and dismissive. The young man who helps with luggage was very sweet and was the only thing we liked about the hotel.
