Staff doesnt know how to do customer care. No greetings. Zero customer service. Rooms are not clean at all. Stinky / they need to check the bed. After we sleep so itchy whole body. Toilets not flushing properly. In there page they mention room amenities and things . I need to ask from them.

Pictures made it look better than it was. If all you need is somewhere to sleep for a night, it works but if your looking for comfort, look elsewhere. We had considered staying 2 nights at the price but after seeing the room we quickly started looking for another room for our second night, didn't even care that it would cost more. The room just didn't feel comfortable and clean, you could see where they only cleaned what they could reach without bending or reaching. The sink was outside of the washroom. Owners or whoever were cooking something and it was all you could smell even in the room with the windows closed.
