We could not see the ocean from our room, but the view and beach access was available for all units. The bike loan was wonderful and used by us both in the afternoon and early morning with rides to kirra beach and the waterfront area. The magnesium pool was zero entry and also very deep at other end. The ocean was a few steps away for a swim and shower after. The bus will take you here from the OOL airport for a quick .50 tap on. Drinks and pizza are available too for a reasonable price. Cute, boutique hotel with good room air conditioning. A fun stay.
