Luxury High Floor Ocean View 2Bed 2Bath Apt
This is a luxury 2 bed, 2 bath apartment, on level 34 of the Peninsula at Surfers Paradise, with amazing views of the beaches and coastline. It is directly across from the patrolled beach, and only 2 blocks from the famous Cavill Avenue / Mall with fabulous food, entertainment and shopping.
The Peninsula is a secure resort style complex, with facilities including three pools (indoor and outdoor), a children's pool and play area, sauna and spa, gym, tennis court and secure parking.
Please be advised that the Peninsula building is undergoing essential renovations have started from 11 September, with works expected to continue through to early December. This includes upgrades to the lobby, driveway, and basement entry.
During this time, there may be increased noise, restricted access to certain areas, and temporary changes to entry points. Most access will be via the basement lifts, and the driveway and car park entrance will be closed for a short period in November.
