I have never had a place ring me and tell me that I can go in early, like 11.00am instead of the usual mandatory 2.00pm. Clean, comfortable with spectacular views over Burleigh Beach. Highly recommended!
Hi I recently stayed here for a weekend with my husband and daughters (aged 5 and 7 years). We were really impressed with the view of the ocean from every room! We were staying on level 14 though there is a view of the ocean from the pool so I would think that all levels would have the great view. The pool was lovely and clean and despite staying there in peak season was never crowded. While not recently renovated the apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach (up a small hill on the the return) but this was easily managed by both daughters (who are not known for being good walkers). There is also a short coastal walk to Tallebudgera Creek Beach which is a fabulous play area for small children. The managers at Gemini are very friendly and went out of their way to make sure it was a pleasant stay. We loved it so much we returned the following weekend! I would highly recommend these apartments.
We Loved our stay here… We stayed in a 2 bdrm Ocean view apartment #55 in the South tower. It was very clean, it was large, the furnishings were very comfortable and it had the most beautiful view of Surfers in the distance. Everything is within walking distance. We’ve tried to stay here a few times before but they have always been fully booked. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We arrived late so instructions were left on how to getinto our apartment. Thankyou Gemini Court Apartments for a lovely weekend
Wow!!! The moment we entered our apartment the view took our breath away. Simply stunning! We booked a one bedroom apartment not knowing how huge it would be! Whilst the apartment itself was dated the furnishings were stunning. Big leather couches, coral and timber coffee tables and chic colours! Not to mention the mirrors which pick up that stunning view from every angle. The apartment has everything you need. The location is amazing and the complex is very well facilitated. Checkin was a breeze and they could not be more helpful. We absolutely loved it! We stayed on the 16 th floor in the North tower...amazing! Thanks for having us!
Told you people won’t listen to this. It’s very old building & inside not cleaning & fixed. It’s old 2nd lounge tables beds & more. Bad smell. Not very comfortable this place. Car parking under building too small not right building.
I debated whether to book an apartment at Gemini due to some not so favourable reviews but was glad I did. We had apartment 64 on level 1 which although un renovated did us fine, it was a large apartment, clean, had everything you needed and had fabulous views from the balcony and lounge down the coast towards Surfers Paradise. The new management John and Therese although only at Gemini for a very short time were very welcoming and nothing was a problem. We have booked to go back next Christmas to Gemini apartments.
Many hotels are often self rated. However individual apartments for the most part are privately owned and managed by either onsite management, local real estates or internet booking agencies. So at times rooms are far below the complexes overall self rating. Meaning people are disappointed thinking every unit is a 4 or 4.5 star unit. What we liked about Gemini Apartments is their pricing structure that tells you exactly what you are getting for your money. You can choose from a less renovated apartment and pay less or pay a little more and be guaranteed a ocean view in a fully renovated apartment. The complex has new owners John and Therese. They are absolutely professional. Nothing is to hard for them. We will be back knowing we will get a great apartment and great management. So if you want an amazing view, great apartment and management that are down to earth, then either book direct through the Gemini apartment own website or give Therese a call.
Nice large apartments. Ground floor balcony had aircon drips from higher floors which made the floor dangerously slippery for our 1 year old. Pool not the best for young children but easy walk to the beach and talle creek.
Although I was concerned that we had been moved to an apartment in the south tower after booking one in the north tower, I needn't have been. Apartment 42 on the 11th floor of the south tower is amazing. It has just been beautifully renovated and everything was spotlessly clean. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable, the ensuite enormous, and the view was incredible. If you are after a two bedroom apartment in Gemini Court, I can highly recommend apartment 42.
I have been a loyal return guest to Gemini Court Apartment at Burleigh Heads in Queensland for some years now. The views from these north facing apartments are spectacular and I have posted a photo to support this fact. I do not think you can match this view anywhere on the Gold Coast. The main public areas of this apartment complex have been recently refurbished beautifully. . This is the first time I have had to report a less than favourable report on an apartment at Gemini Apartments. Apartment 113 as indicated in the attached photos is less than satisfactory considering the weekly charge of $1,600 for the stay. The carpet is very old, worn, rippled and feels hard under the feet. Perhaps the ripples in the carpet, as revealed in the attached photos, might reflect the ocean feel? :-). The furnishings are either second hand, or very old, and the dining tables and chairs are worn and rusted. I would be embarrassed to invite anyone for dinner and sit at this dining table. In the ensuite one of the two vanity basins was missing a plug mechanism and thus could not be used. The second vanity basin I used, the plug mechanism did not work and I could not empty the basin. I had to call reception for them to remedy the situation. The ensuite tiolet flush buttons were faulty, but at least it flushed. The Squee Gee Mop had no sponge attached, therefore I could not mop the floors, the clothes dryers lint filter was broken and I had to remove it prior to drying my clothes as it always dislodged and caused an almighty noise whilst being tossed around in the dryer amongst the clothes. The kitchen appliances were cheap and there were minimal. The cutting knives supplied were cheap and blunt and I had to saw through my rump steak with great force when preparing a beef stroganoff. . This apartment has damaged the brand name of Gemini Court Apartments. If the owner expects this apartment to be rented for a premium payment of $1600 a week in a low season, than they need to provide a better product, I will NEVER come back to this apartment, and I am very upset the management at Gemini Court Apartments that they placed a loyal repeat guest so poorly by placing me in such a poor apartment. The owner of this apartment should consider addressing the issues raised in this review should they wish it to be rented in the future. In the meantime, I would advise any potential guests who may be thinking of booking an apartment at this beautiful holiday apartment complex, to avoid this particular apartment. . I hope the management at Gemini Court Apartments forward the information contained within this review onto the owner of this apartment for the purpose of allowing them to address the issues raised.
