Bilinga Gardens 3 is located on the ground floor of a small, quiet complex directly across from Bilinga beach.
This 2 bedroom unit is very spacious and has been updated to provide a relaxed and comfortable beachside getaway!
The open plan living area is comfortably furnished and offers air conditioning in the loungeroom, smart TV plus free Wi-Fi. This leads through to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen which provides everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays.
The master bedroom offers queen bed and ensuite (walk in shower), and second bedroom has 2 single beds, both with ceiling fans. There is also a second bathroom (walk in shower) and large laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
The standout feature is the spacious and private beachfront balcony with ocean views surrounded by tropical gardens. There is also a second courtyard area accessed from both bedrooms. Full size clothes line on the back terrace.
Bilinga Gardens 3 offers secure parking for one car (clearance 2.0m). The unit is located opposite the Oceanway Path, which offers a long, flat and very scenic path for kilometers in both directions so you can park your car securely and explore the local area on foot.
* Please note there are approximately 6 steps from the front entrance to the unit and more from the basement. * NBN has been installed to upgrade the wi-fi connectivity and speed.
Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 8 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

This is a lovely property, on the ground floor and across the road from a beautiful beach. The apartment is renovated and decorated in a modern, comfortable style and there are plenty of amenities and kitchen gadgets for self-catering. Other reviews mentioned difficulty parking - it's tight, but I managed OK in a large SUV style car (current Rav4). There are some disadvantages to the location which should be considered, particularly if you don't want to take the car in and out of the garage frequently. Nearest supermarket is IGA at Tugun. There is only one cafe within two blocks, otherwise the nearest eating places are Tugun or Kirra. If walking, that's about 30-40 minutes either way. The other thing to be aware of in relation to the location is the proximity to the runway of the Coolangatta airport. As far as I could work out the apartment is directly in line with the point at which the jets lift off, with first flights starting around 6 am each day - quite the wake up call!

A lovely unit in a good location
This property is extremely clean and in a great location with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry and very comfortable living/bedroom areas. Garage parking is very tight but the only real drawback was the lack of air-conditioning which is really needed in the heat and humidity of Queensland.

Another annual visit, I always stay at Bilinga Gardens.
