We have just had a fantastic stay at this hotel, excellent service throughout our stay from housekeeping to reception and restaurant staff. Hope you have a great season, you deserve to. Easy reach to the beach 🏖 walking through the immaculate kept gardens.
Very nice property with access to beach from within the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious with lots of open space, greenery and ample ventilation, staff is very courteous to attend for any calls. Pros: 1. Spacious and clean rooms 2. Access to beach and have their own casino (24x7) 3. Very calm and peaceful rooms hardly any noise. 4. Location and neighborhood is good. 5. Breakfast spread was decent. Cons: 1. Food and Beverages are TOO EXPENSIVE. 2. Maybe some lighting is required on the walkway to the beach especially in the evenings. Overall the stay was very good and comfortable for 3 nights and would definitely recommend.
Definitely not 5 star more like 3 star. Stretches from road to seaside and does not look like a hotel. Arrived at night and the place was dark with just a few lights. Buffet breakfast aimed at locals and nothing for international clients. Mostly vegetarian dishes.Staff smiling a lot but doing nothing. Have to ask for everything.
Visited this hotel from 4th October to 9th October. The staff lacks general sensitivity and care of what a 5 star hotel must be. Very highly commercial in nature. This is my 7-8 visit in Goa I have stayed in novotel mercure many other branded hotels.. In terms of hospitality it lacks a lot.. Room quality and food is average, But extremely highly priced... There r better choices available in this price category hotel.
Reception staff took 40 minutes for check in process. Rooms were average. Breakfast buffet is average. Only plus point is the location of the hotel. Limited parking space. There are much better places to stay in Goa with much more efficient and polite staff
Pros : 1.) Great location - candolim ( better than any other beaches in north goa) 2.) Casino - right infront of the hotel ( if automatic works for you) 3.) Beach - connected with the resort ( gives you the freedom to roam around , clean beach and very less crowded) 4.) Rooms- Good sized room ( prefer king version ) 5.) Areas - All good places in north goa are very close by ( forts aguada , chapora , resturants , LPK etc.) - take a bike which is just outside the resort and venture around Cons: 1.) Lil overpriced - Tip : Book in advance you get great deals for offseasons ( sep, oct, Feb) 2.) Food is okay - I always prefer eating outside - Shacks on beaches or Fisherman cove on the candolim-calangute road Overall , excellent property - Don't expect lavish resort look and feel. (if you have ever stayed in south goa those are bigger properties and bigger hotel chains). For the area it has , it is one of the best properties in north goa.
The Hotel is well located but that's about all, the service is substandard for e.g. not even providing towels at the pool or spa - reason for refusal being it CAN RAIN ANYTIME SO WHAT IS THE USE OF A TOWEL said expressly by their staff and acknowledged by their team. Rooms are general but well furnished and hotel property is narrow and small , do not let the pictures mislead you as the pool cannot even fit 15 people comfortably. Food is decent but extremely overpriced for the quality and service. Our stay was totally disappointing.
From an unimpressive entrance to the yawn-fest of a check-in process, the start of our 3-night stay here was disappointing. The (only) good part about this place is the access to beach. The food is just about ok. Their desserts are a joke. For the price you pay, you'd expect a ring to be hidden in the dish somewhere, but no. The rooms are fine but definitely not worth the price they are charging. A thumbs down from us.
It has got a very small pool Lots of mosquitos are there in the reception if you arrive in the evening. If you are very foodie you won't like the breakfast at all . Not worth staying here . At the prize of this hotels room you can get many other options with all good facilities .
The o hotel had a good location in the candolim area and lpk disc The food was also very good The direct beach access was a bonus But the swimming pool was not up to the mark for a five star property But the casino in the hotel was also good
