The location was great. Property is a good size . The floors are incredibly noisy, you cannot walk quietly no matter how you try. I would recommend these apartments.

Some Glamour in Glasgow

We were very happy to have a rental with so much space in a city. Fun artwork and bougie accoutrements like a chandelier in the bedroom made it even more special. I felt very secure with the multiple keyed entryways. The letting agent was super helpful and efficient. The only negative is that I prefer firmer mattress.

Perfect location near the centre. Wonderful restaurant in the St Andrew’s building downstairs. Another good place to eat is the Turkish Restaurant by the Toll clocktower.

A nice apartment in a good location

Whilst being a little disconcerting i.e. no reception desk to check in at, the support I got regarding access the apartment and getting the keys was excellent. The apartment/flat itself is in a good location for accessing nearly everything in the city, but is showing its age - a bit tired and worn (but that is reflected in the rating i.e. 3.5 stars). That said it was comfortable and having the balcony was a real bonus. The kitchenette is well stocked and the apartment comes with a good supply of basic amenities e.g. washing up, laundry, bathroom necessities.

Back in Glasgow for 5 days

Apartment was centrally located and convenient for a lot of what Glasgow has to offer. We arrived by train and it was an easy 8 minute walk from Central Station to the apartment. We were met on time by a representative of Principal Apartments, whose communication had been good from time of booking. Unfortunately the lift decided that it was not going to work so all bags had to be carried to the 5th floor. The rep quickly arranged for a repair to be effected so by next morning all was good. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for our 5 day stay. Great views of Glasgow rooftops from the balcony. Towels were a bit average compared to other places we have stayed but adequate. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute walk - heaps of restaurants, bars, shops of all descriptions and easy access to buses and underground. Would stay here again.

Fantastic customer service, location & apartment!

From check in until the day we checked out, everything was simply fantastic. Staff could not be more accommodating when our travel plans to Glasgow unexpectedly changed. The apartment is spacious, homely and immaculate! Well equipped with comfy beds and well stocked amenities. This is the first time we have stayed in an apartment, having chosen hotels before, and we can highly recommend Principal Apartments for their excellent customer service, quality and location of the apartment right in the heart of Glasgow City Centre & Merchant City.

This was one of my favorite travel accommodation experiences. Right in the heart of Glasgow, we slept in comfort after being in walking distance of most we wanted to see. The staff was very accommodating and the apartments view was dreamy.

This apartment is very well located, just a short walk from the railway station. Rooms are of a pretty decent size, large beds, well equipped kitchen in fact it ticked all of the boxes.

Fin leilighet. God plass, flott kjøkken/stue. Badet kunne vært bedre. Slitt badekar og do, litt dårlig belysning og veldig mye bråk fra vifte. Kun et håndkled per person for hele oppholdet.. Måtte ta ut søppelet selv.
