Room 424 was across from the lift there was loud banging all night I never slept, reported it to the receptionist in the morning all she could do was give us free parking, she told me to also report it in email to the front office manage also assistant office manager which I have done twice with no replay.

The location of hotel was great, all amenities, room was big and clean, great lighting in bathroom with the magnifying mirror. Lovely toiletries to use too. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and I can see why it is award winning. Lovely manager in breakfast room, a lady who helped us, wish I'd got her name but she was serving on 5th December in the morning and a special shout out to John who was on concierge, he was funny, friendly and gave us tips on Glasgow sightseeing and stored our cases twice for us. He was wonderful. Thanks to all for a fantastic stay. We loved Glasgow, the sights, food and friendly people. We will be back.

Check in was great. All staff were very polite but was disappointed that the bar closed early and we were given 10 minute warning to go to our rooms. Lots of people were still in the bar enjoying a drink after Christmas nights out and were equally disappointed. Room was lovely but all of the coffee sachets in our room were decaf, which wasn’t great.

Room was spotless and very spacious. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was amazing!, loved that your provided with slippers and a warm fluffy bathrobe and there is a bath mat provided for in shower as well as a band for your wrist in case of emergency. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive.

House keeping poor No change of towels and not cleaned Tv faulty through out the stay We have had better experiences in the past however this one had issues Brought it to the mangers attention but felt We where in the wrong for not telling the staff sooner personally feel why the responsibility Was on the customer if house keeping was responsible for their jobs and checks Overall experience left a bad taste and I feel the staff on duty manager should deliver a response with more care and attention to the observations presented to her

Fabulous room, despite overlooking Argyle Street, heard absolutely no noise from outside or inside the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom well appointed too. Junior Suite worth paying that little bit extra for, if you can afford it. Only criticisms are the queue at the main reception desks and the cooked breakfast items were exceptionally greasy.
