Wonderful stay for a family of 4.
The property is in an excellent location in the center of Gent. Just a block away from a main street. The property block is quiet and very close to markets and restaurants. A fresh fruit/veg stand was a 3 min away. We were there during Gent Fest but we were able to still sleep through all the noise. 2 of the 3 rooms are away from the street, so we used those & it was quiet & we were able to sleep with no problems. The rooms are well-appointed & comfortable.
The check-in & check-out process was easy. Communication with the host was excellent.
The house is great for a family, especially for long-term vacation. We rented for 5 weeks with no issue. Very nice, clean & comfortable for a family of 4, but I'm sure it will be great for a couple more people too. It has all the creature comforts of home, so we felt very much at home. Will definitely stay here again when in Gent.

Rustige straat, heel centraal, goed ingericht
Aanrader! Locatie is perfect - rustige straat met winkels, barren, terrassen, restaurants direct om de hoek. Woning was schoon en zeer goed ingericht met leuke meubels, nespresso apparaat, strijkijzer en plank etc. Er staat handzeep, vaatwasmachineblokjes, afwasmiddel, zout, peper, olie, wc papier etc. De matrassen zijn comfortabel, de gordijnen verduisterend. In de woning is maar 1 douche, op de tweede verdieping, de trappen zijn stijl. In de slaapkamer op de eerste verdieping staat een bad met hand douche. Er is een klein dakterras voor ontbijt in de zon.
