We did not use the spa! It was closed and had to make an appointment. The dining room menu was not much choice. The breakfast was good eggs could have been could a little more but the whole setup was great. We booked because of the pool and hot tub but did not use it felt really cold. The hot tub was closed so that part was disappointing other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Water front is beautiful.

We were really disappointed in our stay. I was hoping for a cheerful weekend for a dad and two kids to get out of the city. I was excited for a pool, hot tub and sauna, for some lazy breakfasts with board games, and then we had planned to be out exploring the Georgina area the rest of the time. The pool was locked up and you to ask permission each time you wanted to use it. The staff seemed reluctant. It was unheated and dirty feeling. The hot tub next to it had been shut down "by order of the health inspector" with a big warning sign. None of us finished our first day breakfast - the food had an off taste. We asked to use the pool and were told it was closed until 9am. We asked to rent a pedal boat and were told they weren't available until noon. With nothing to do on site, we gave up and left the hotel for the day. That was the last time we used the facilities. The next day we had learned to stick with pre-packaged foods for breakfast, so we had the individual yogurt servings. We quickly packed and got out of there, and had a great morning at Willow Greens golf range and mini put, and at Sibbald Point swimming and hiking. We loved the area and the hotel offered us a place to crash at night, but the amenities and food were really disappointing for us. We don't get out of the city often - we would not go back to this hotel.

Free breakfast was awesome! Always a plus when you book a hotel. I enjoyed the Christian music that was playing during breakfast. Very inspiring to start my day. Rooms were very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada in Jackson's Point. The room was clean, the view was spectacular overlooking Lake Simcoe and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast was also included for both days and it was very good (the eggs actually tasted like eggs!). So all in all, good job and we will return to this property on our next visit.
