We have spent 8 nights at Gurney Bay Hotel All hotel staff were very friendly, cheerful and attentive. Location was excellent with nearby restaurants and shopping malls. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel breakfast was good with decent varieties of Malaysian cuisine. We must come back again for future vacation.

#1. On the second day, a housekeeping person knocked and entered at 9 pm, stating that the cleaning has not been done. However, cleaning has been done early afternoon. I was shocked somebody came to my room after I went to bed. #2 Telephone did not work. #3 The first reception person did not advise me availability of airport limousine nor alternative way (Grab).

The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. Rooms were clean and good size. Close to many places. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly.
