Séjour correct mais plusieurs points a revoir. + La localisation, l'espace canapé séparé avec petite dépendance atypique pour la TV, quartier top, immeuble sécurisé. - la propreté, l'équipement sommaire, table de nuit en carton, lit qui se déplie/pas une vraie chambre, meuble à ustensiles de cuisine brinquebalants, cuisine très petite -le mot est faible-, on entend tous les bruits extérieurs par la fenêtre, volet qui se ferme mal et qui joint mal, pas de possibilité de poser ses valises avant l'heure d'arrivée dans un casier ou autre comme c'est souvent le cas), salle de bains trop minuscule, pas de torchons de vaisselle. Communication avec le loueur facile et rapide quand pas de complication mais moins quand cela se complexifie notamment pour savoir si on peut arriver un peu plus tôt (pas de réponse malgré 3 demandes) ou pour demander conseil pour un parking. Quelques retouches a prévoir : peintures, porte SDB qui frotte, manque placard, rien pour poser ses serviettes de toilette, meuble à ustensiles peu pratique et obsolète. Attention, les photos montrent un canapé lit mais il est en fait pour une seule personne, pas 2. Nous en avons fait les frais... Trop cher pour la qualité de l'appartement.

Appartamento nel cuore di Genova a due passi dal Porto Antico, dalla stazione Porta Principe e da tutti i punti di interesse. Pulito, luminoso e molto funzionale. Adatto per una famiglia di due adulti e due bambini. Ottima posizione e comunicazione con gli host sempre disponibili. Supermercati, ristoranti e bancomat vicinissimi. Posizione TOP!
