Hôtel récent et moderne. Chambres confortables, très propres, au calme. Personnel de la réception accueillant et apporte toute l’aide requise. Quant à la localisation, on ne peut pas demander mieux: au cœur de Gênes et près de la Gare Brignole pour se rendre dans les Cinque Terre, Portofino et partout ailleurs sur la côte.

The location was highly inconvenient. Genoa itself is built on different levels, which I was unaware of. From the main streets, to get to the main entrance of the hotel or the elevator, you must take stairs, which is nearly impossible with a large suitcase, and not communicated beforehand. The only way to not take stairs is to go uphill around the block. Rooms are definitely not soundproofed. Construction in the area started early and you could also hear housekeeping from inside. Hotel is near main shopping street.

Wonderful staff, fluent in so many languages. They were always kind and gracious. The breakfast was great. Hotel is in a safe neighborhood and a quick walk to the train station.

STYLISH AND MODERN HOTEL

I only had two days/one night in Genova, as I was taking a night bus to Bordeaux, and this hotel was nice and modern with excellent front desk staff. My room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows, fridge, wardrobe, work desk, TV, free WiFi but no luggage rack, so bag was open on the floor. The washroom was very nice, with a good shower, toiletries and towels. As I had an evening departure, they kindly stored my bags for me during the day. Breakfast is available in the lobby cafe. It was a touch more than I wanted to pay, but summer in Europe is bound to push the budget out. I’d stay here again.

Very helpful when we arrived (too early for check-in)--they let us store our bags there while we went out and about and gave us a map that they marked up to show where we were and where we said we wanted to go. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast had plenty of variety. Will stay there next time I'm in Genova.

We booked a superior double room. It featured everything you would standardly need squeezed in a tight fit. There was space on either side of the bed for a suitcase and such, but only about 2 feet between the end of the bed and the wall. Space was utilized the best that it could be. The bathroom was large, but our opinion the space would be better utilized in building a shower a person could lift their arms or shave legs in vs having a bidet. This could definitely be a cultural difference and we respect that; but given a choice I would seek somewhere with a larger shower. The shower stall was not particularly clean and there was visible black mold/mildew along shower walls and the shower heads. The hotel hallway was made of slate tile and echoed everything, rolling suitcases were so loud and regular voices amplified. This was not a quiet stay. We purchased breakfast here one morning and were pleased with the offerings. The hotel website offers parking but it is incredibly limited. By pure luck we parked on the street nearby and found it to be significantly cheaper than the hotel’s parking. You enter the hotel by roof access across a little bridge from the road to the roof. Our directions through our phone were not quite accurate; pass the roundabout and there will be lots of street parking along a large sidewalk. Then cross to the hotel via the roof path. The location of the hotel was very walkable for the city.

Small rooms but well designed. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed. Guest washer worked well, but dryer still did not have clothes dry after 90 minutes... had to iron them to get them somewhat dry, so that was wasted money. Reception was very pleasant and helpful. Quiet hotel, was able to sleep well

It is a 10 minute walk from the metro and big fountain. As you walk to and from, you are literally walking through its fine shopping strip. Very safe and bustling area. Moreover, the concierge was quite friendly and had great city recommendation and directions. The room was spaceous and very clean, had mostly everything you needed with a great bed and shower. I haven't had a good hotel stay in a while till this one.
