This B&B Resort offered a great overall experience with friendly service and excellent breakfast provided promptly each morning. The rooms exceeded expectations in both cleanliness and comfort, and the property was immaculate and quiet. We enjoyed the onsite games, pool, hot tub, kayaks, and general grounds. Great location, near Geneva on the western side of Seneca Lake. Easy access to the wineries and distilleries around Seneca Lake and Keuka Lake. We definitely plan on staying there again.

The resort was situated directly on the lake, beautiful views! The owner/staff was incredibly accommodating. Breakfast served daily was prepared on the premises, individually for each person. Incredible meals! B&B located close to vineyards, restaurants, shops. Our kitchen, living space, bedroom and bath was quite spacious! Room was a bit noisy from neighbors but that is the nature of a bed and breakfast being a large home. The owner did offer to move us as well.
