Change of scenery
My partner and I needed a change of scenery. He injured his leg early summer, and was limited on mobility. This unit was great, as it had an elevator. The place was suitable and we enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and lovely views.

Too high a price for what you get!
Sofa bed is not fit to sleep on and shouldn't be listed as a sleeping option! Carpet is loose and wrinkling up in several spots. The bedroom has mildew smell and dressers really stink as well.
Above the shower has areas of mold/mildew, and mold in the caulk surrounding the shower enclosure. Great location and views but given the price doesn't compensate for the rest!!

First time to gearhart
First time to gearhart. Family vacation to seaside and ended up booking at gearhart by the sea and was pleasantly surprised. The condo was an older setup and the cook ware was limited but made it work that being said, We had a beautiful view and just a few min walk to the beach. Close drive to seaside. We will definitely come back and stay again in the future!

Comfortable stay
Comfy but fairly sparse set up. No welcome book showing restaurants, hikes etc. Definitely lived in but clean and comfortable with a terrific view of the ocean. Easy walk to a nice long beach as well. We would come back but prices were a bit high.
