This is a TRUE and ACCURATE assessment of my recent stay in Gdansk which is the whole reason for giving reviews.
I wasn't informed beforehand that the apartments were surrounded by building sites. Work began at 06:30 where heavy machinery and other noise meant an early wake up call each morning. The only view from my window was other new apartments under construction. See photos below.
As a previous reviewer has mentioned I also woke up with bites on my shoulder presumably from bed bugs.
No light switch in reach of the bed, no information leaflets about tours, local attactions or local public transport in room or at reception where staff seemed reluctant to communicate as much as a good morning.
I can't give a recommendation for these apartments. There is plenty of good accommodation available in Gdansk. I have stayed at some and so have my friends.
