This hotel was noticably refurbished down to the new wood smell. The bathroom door needs to be replaced as it wouldn't close from the dated wood. Everything was very nice and the room was rather large and even had a balcony. The hotel has nice, paid but very secure, parking. It is right across from the park that leads to the beach and in a nice area. It's also within a hour of Malbork Castle. I highly recommend eating at the hotels winebar restaurant. The food was good and they had a large selection of wines.
I wanted to experience the Polish seaside for the first time and made a wrong choice in booking this hotel. Needs a serious update for the price they are charging to stay there. Dark hallways, old smelly carpet, no AC, no mini fridge.... and the list goes on and on. The staff was mediocre at best, they can't give good directions on how to get to the surrounding cities and after instructing them not to clean my room they went ahead and cleaned it anyway..... Enough said! My advice to everyone, AVOID this place at all costs!!!
