Good hotel in a fascinating city

Good location - although on a busy road, our room was quiet. The shared areas were clean and the breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and mostly friendly. However, the bedroom did not have the beds that we had requested and another one was quickly brought up. Unfortunately, the mattress was not clean. Although our room was non-smoking, there was a strong smoky smell in our room - perhaps from the corridors and other guests. There was no fresh air or natural light in our room as it opened onto a dark terrace.

Nice hotel in heart of Gaziantep markets

Nice hotel in a central location

The hotel is located close to the center of the city and the popular market there. The Havas airport shuttle drops off (but does not collect) people right next to the hotel. The style of the hotel is extravagant (thing golden sinks), but feels a tad neglected. The room lacked an ironing board or an iron, which I think is a must-have for business travelers. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was large. You're definitely getting a good bank for your buck in this place.
