Das Hotel wird als 5-Sterne-Haus geführt, entspricht aber meiner Meinung nach höchstens 3 Sternen. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer – in einem war die Dusche defekt. Der Boden hat bei jedem Schritt nachgegeben, und nach dem Duschen stand das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser. Zusätzlich war in beiden Zimmern Schimmel sichtbar, was für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings recht überschaubar. Besonders die warmen Speisen waren leider kalt, was den Gesamteindruck schwächt. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber der Service entspricht nicht dem Niveau, das man in dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Dinge wie Handtücher oder ein Bügeleisen kamen erst nach längerer Wartezeit oder wurden gar nicht gebracht. Insgesamt fehlen dem Hotel die Standards, die ein 5-Sterne-Haus ausmachen: Sauberkeit, funktionierende Ausstattung, schneller Service und ein wirklich hochwertiges Frühstück. Für mich war es daher eher ein 3-Sterne-Erlebnis.
