My stay at the hotel was very bad. The lobby looked a bit nice and Staff was helpful. The ROOM was disaster like 1 Star Hotel, their was stains and the hygiene was very bad, very old room .

Property is very aged, rooms do not look clean, very noisy area, horrible exterior, we were forced to decide to move to another hotel despite we were very tired. Its a pity since usually holiday inn meet certain standards, this is not the case, they need to update everything.

New Hotel

To be able to communicate with staff in English is a task. No one in housekeeping or room service speaks it. Restaurant also had difficulties ordering a basic fried egg due to language barrier. Breakfast options were ok. Rooms a little small and housekeeing could have been better.
