Odanın penceresi avluya baktığından pencere yok gibiydi ve oda havasızdı. Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Ancak otel çalışanı Duygu hanım ve mutfak çalışanları her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Otelin eksiklerini misafirperverlikleriyle kapattılar adeta.

Merdiven çıkmayla ilgili sorununuz varsa alt katlardaki odaları tercih edebilirsiniz. Kahvaltı bence yeterli ve ürünler kaliteliydi. Kahvaltıyı hazırlayan servis yapan Ayşe hanımın güler yüzlülüğü hoş sohbeti güne iyi başlamanızı sağlıyor. Otelin konumu çok güzel bir çok yere yürüyerek girebiliyorsunuz. Biz ailecek beğendik.

Net tavsiye edilir!!!

Bazı yorumlara istinaden tedirgindim ama hem otel çok güzel, çok hoş bir konak hem de terrrrtemizdi. Fiyat performans olarak mükemmel. Kaldığımız oda biraz küçüktü sadece ama 2 kişiye ve bir de konağın bir odası olması nedeniyle normal zaten uyumaya girdik gezdiğimiz için. Ama çok temiz çok güzeldi perdesinden tuvaletine her şey. Tertemiz hijyen kokuyordu bizim için en önemlisi temiz olmasıydı. Kahvaltısı da son derece yeterliydi. Yani uygun fiyatlı bir otel için çeşit çeşit açık büfe gerekli değil zaten doyurucudan öte bir kahvaltıydı. Yatağı çok rahattı çok güzel uykuya daldık. Çok teşekkür ederiz bizim için çok keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Mutlu ve huzurlu ayrıldık.

Rezervasyon yaptığım odayla verilen odanın alakası yoktu. Küçücüktü adım atacak yer yoktu. Odada klima kumandası yoktu ki zaten klima da bozuktu. Antep’in buz gibi gecesine denk geldik ve çok üşüdük. Tek iyi yani kahvaltı salonunda çalışan güler yüzlü personeldi. Bu yüzden tekrar tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel oldu benim için.

Yer anlamında fena değil bakırcılar çarşısına 15-20 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Odaya ilk girince negatif bir şey düşünmüyorsunuz. Tuvalet kapısı çok zor açılıp kapanıyor. Gece asla klima ısıtmıyor ve odayı inanılmaz kurutuyor ağzımız burnumuz doldu. Bari kapatalım dedik. Klima kumandası yok. Gecenin bir yarısı kumanda almak için resepsiyona indik. Normalde kumanda vermiyorlarmış??. Çarşaflar nerdeyse şeffaf ve kirli görünüyor, yerinden çıkıyor yorgan kılıfından çıkıyor. Asla bir daha düşünmeyeceğim bir yer

Personel güler ilgiliydi, konak ve odalar emniyetli ve temizdi. Ses geçirgenliği ve ısınma konusunda endişeliydim ancak daha ana kapıdan girer girmez mekan sıcacıktı oda da öyle. Dışarının sesini de minimum alıyordu. Bulunduğu sokak sakin, ulaşımı kolay, anlaşmalı otoparkı da çok yakın. Kahvaltı hizmeti de yeterli ve güzel. Biz memnun ayrıldık. Odalarda boy aynası olması önerimizi de nazik karşıladılar.

Resimlerde gördüğümüz odalar ile kaldığımızın alakası yok iki oda tuttuk ikisi de aynıydı 6 m2 falandı sanırım oda banyo ufacıktı kapının kolu her iki odada da elimizde kaldı gece çok üşüdük klimayı sıcağa ayarladık bu seferde tam tepemizde sıcaktan mahvolduk daha bitmedi sabah saat 6 dan sonra tahta olan tavandan sürekli ses geldi artık çatıda kuş mu vardı kedi mi bilmiyorum bize tam kahvaltı salonunun yanındaki odayı vermişler sabah gürültüler bağrışlar ayrıca çok yetersiz bir kahvaltıydı bir daha asla kalmam

Otelin genel durumu, odaların banyonun temizliği gayet iyi seviyedeydi. Personel gayet sıcakkanlı vs ilgiliydi. Sadece kahvaltı yapılan salonda ısıtıcıyı açmadıkları için üşüyerek kahvaltı yapmak zorunda kaldık. Bunu da tavsiye ve şikayetlerimizi sorduklarında ilettik. Genel anlamda tavsiye edeceğimiz çok güzel dizayn edilmiş butik otel. En büyük avantajlarından bir tanesi de bir çok yere yürüme mesafesinde.
