Every staff member was very kind rooms were clean any question i had were answered

Nice hotel recently renovated. Located at the edge of Smokey Mountain Nat. Park. Staff was extremely nice. I would stay here again. We could sit on the deck and watch the fireworks at Dollywood.

we made are reservations days ahead on line when got there they said are reservations were canceled we had to take walk in rates and a smaller room but later they got us some chairs to sit in

There are several buildings for the hotel. I am reviewing the one that seems more updated than the others...at least based on the outside of the building. It's the one attached to the front office. Hotel outside appearance is updated and country cute. The inside of the hotel room was super clean, country cute, and the beds were the best hotel beds ever!!! Convenient to the National Forest, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Overall great couple of days!

We arrived the hotel before 7pm for Labor day weekend. And they assigned us a room that the door lock was broken. I went all the way to the front desk twice and they redo the key card, and still I can't get the door open. The staff came with me and tried to get the door open but failed. So, the staff had to switched us to another room and they said they are overbooked and the only room available has no window in it. Since they said it was the only room left, we had no choice. When I first walked in, there was a dead flying ants on the bed. And when I took shower, I saw a spider and its web hanging over the shower head... I strongly believed this 'no window" room has not been assigned to customers for a while. The reservation came with free pancake breakfast, but there is a 30 minutes wait at 9am because the breakfast is so small. Please don't be thrilled and attracted to free pancake breakfast. It was literally three pancake and you feel obligated to pick something to order (additional eggs, and bacon, etc) because you feel bad not to tips the waiter. We stayed here for two nights and we skipped the second day free pancake breakfast because it is really not worth the time waiting to be seated. Please don't be excited about the name "Wild Bear", there is nothing related to the bear... There are tons of Inns/Motels along the parkway street, I am so regretted picking this one for $120+tax per night. The inn is old and not sound proof. You could hear the noise next door.

Closest hotel in pigeon forge to the mountains and on the parkway. Rooms allitle outdated all though they say newely remodeled. Good for the price would stay again.

The pictures were not what we found when we got there. The bed was not a queen but a full. The room was very small. The pool didn't look like the pictures at all and it was small. Just to have somewhere to sleep, this hotel is it.

The hotel was ok if your just staying for 1 or 2 days. We could here kids running above us most of the time. The said a hot breakfast comes with it. Well it does, but it's only pancakes. If you don't eat pancakes then that's a problem. I think they need to tell people that. The breakfast was good, but we still had to pay nothing was free.

This is a great location in Pigeon Forge. The young man at the front desk was so nice. He has a lot of patience that's for sure. He handled a rude lady very well in my opinion. Not a bad place to stay at all, but I think they should update a little more & better cleaning service is needed. But overall we had a nice stay.

We are a middle class family. We dont have very high high standards....just a roof over our heads for the night. Rooms were clean no smelly aromas. The only problem I had was the parking. Definitely a walk from the parking to the room. We were pleased, over all, with our experience. I never used the wifi but had to rate. Dont know why????

Wonderful place for the price. Clean rooms, excellent location, wonderful breakfast, we will be staying here again.

Our stay at the Rodeway Inn was overall enjoyable. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and greeted us with a smile every time we walked into the office. The parking lot was a little snowy and icy when we first arrived but between the handyman and sunshine, that cleared up fast. The room was clean and warmed up for us once we arrived. The main drawbacks I had with this place is they advertised FREE BREAKFAST and then when it was breakfast time, nothing was found and no mention of it was made by the staff. The other thing was no FREE WIFI. C'mon eveyone has free wifi now....

The pool was nice, the room was fairly clean. Just a serviceable place to stay that didn't break the bank.

The hotel was in the perfect location, easy access to the mountains or Pigean Forge. The hotel needed a little work like weather stripping around the door, when you see daylight you lose energy. They did ask about the room and had no problems getting there staff to fix the minor issues.

The motel is very good value. The only negative was the mattress, but no mattress is like mine. Older motel, but kept nice...great staff and friendly. Perfect location for the area.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It is an older hotel, but everything is clean and well kept. The staff are always helpful and friendly. We did notice traffic noise more on this trip, but we were in a room that was closer to the road than the room we stayed in last year.

the tv chanels available where well below the norm

Not bad, not good. Free breakfast was good. Motel was more like a hospital.

Very average accommodations; about what I expect for the price point. Beds were sleepable but not excitingly comfortable; towels were the usual rough motel fair; and so on. The free pancake breakfast is nice, though if you want anything besides pancakes you just get $1 off the menu price at their attached diner.

swimming pool, breakfast and room was great for the price my husband and I stayed Aug. 31 - Sept. 2 and, payed $75.04 total. nothing fantsy but, still great room. They really need to change out there toilet paper holders they are aggervating.
