My wife and I, and another couple, stayed here three nights while attending Praisefest in the Smokies in Sevierville. The location is great, the staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast was good. Highly recommended!
A group of my friends meet at the Sleep Inn 4 times a year to have a quilting retreat. We have been doing this for several years now and always look forward to our next visit. We are always greeted with smiles and treated like family. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. It has been great getting to know Angela during our last 2 visits. She is a great addition to the team. The front desk staff..Amanda, Stormie and Cindy are friendly and always ready to help. I did not get to visit much with the other front dest folks...Daniel, Thomas and Vikki but I did see them all and got to visit for a brief time. It is just so refreshing to have somewhere to go on a regular basis and just kick back and have fun. We are already looking forward to our next visit in January and seeing everyone again.
OK for night short stay but the place is bit noisy and worth for the money we pay.Allow pets rare for hotels .Bath rooms do not meet the minimum needs for the family.Beds comfortable Pillows not enough
We ended up at this hotel at midnight because the hotel we were originally at Edgewater Hotel in Gatlinburg, was taken over for a frat party. The hotel looks nice. We didn’t eat breakfast or anything here. Pretty much sleep, shower, and leave. The room smelled like pet urine. But looked clean. Only other complaint was the sheets on one of the beds was either stained/never changed so it had spots like makeup and hair on them. We wouldn’t stay here for a vacation but it got us away from the frat party so it worked for us for the night. They do allow pets which is rare at hotels, so that’s nice if you need somewhere to go with animals.
We got a double queen room. Was on 3rd floor and toward highway. Overall it was a great stay. With our young kids a bathtub would have been better for us but we managed to make a shower work. Our room was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was decent. Only complaint would be the traffic noise from highway but as tired as we were it didn't matter. If sould would bother you ask for one away from the highway.
Pillows are lacking. Bring your own. Staff was friendly. Food was okay but it was free! Recently remodeled and it was clean. We had a discounted rate due to being a privilege member. So over all not to bad
We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a night in Pigeon Forge and booked here . It is a good place to stay. Staff was very nice and hotel is in a good location. We had a nice quiet room with two double beds. Rooms are not huge but fine for two people. The breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, oatmeal (very good), cereal, fruits and yogurt. A good variety. We would stay again.
A very pleasant check in experience. Room had two double beds which are way too small for two adults. The wall heating unit was loud all night making sleep difficult. The breakfast was marginal, with frozen "omelettes" and sausage heated and held warm. No skim milk, only 2% available for two choices of cereal (raisin bran and fruit loops). It is cheap accommodations, so I can't complain too loudly, except the reservations were made for me by Blue Green Vacations. (another story for another time.....) Though the room seemed clean upon initial inspection, closer look (room 223) had cobwebs at the floor next to the wall heat/ac unit. yuck. I am glad we only had two people in the room, otherwise there would be very little room to move around. I Don't forget the nice people working the front desk though.
We stayed one night before our plans at a beautiful resort. The room was clean and the breakfast was great but we were on the 3rd floor and had to take the elevator upstairs. The elevator was so noisy and made the most "awful" noises that at times we wondered if we were going to even make it upstairs.
Check in was fast and friendly, beds were very comfortable our stay was amazing the staff was great and the location was in a great area! pets were not an issue wifi worked well.will stay here again!!!!
