We had the pleasure of listening to a dog barking from someones room and the traffic from the highway. Not a very quite or relaxing room. The room is clean and the bathroom clean. But the noise I hear inside my room from the outside is a lot. Plus the a/c is loud.

We are building in the area and make trips back and forth while building. This is our 3rd visit this time for 6 nights. Rooms are clean, well appointed. The pillows are ridiculously small! You need 4 to relax in a sitting position! That needs to improve. The breakfast..... nice and good selections but the eggs....... they made flat and dry. Needed syrup or ketchup to give them flavor. Scrambled would be a better idea. But.... we will return and excellent value for you $$$$

My family & I stayed at Sleep Inn for four nights. After our first day out & about in Gaitlinburg, we came back to our rooms not even cleaned. My dad went down to the front desk who promptly made a note of it. Since we were staying so many nights, my dad said all we would like would be for the beds to be made & fresh towels. The cleaning staff did better the next day. However, one of our rooms needed more tissues. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff did not even notice the box was gone, so my mom had to go down to the front desk to get a box. The cleaning staff also missed a used washcloth in one of the showers. The same shower was also missing the bar on the door, which left the door with two holes that water constantly leaked through every time someone took a shower. This hotel was picked because of its proximity to Pigeon Forge & Gaitlinburg, which was great. The front desk staff were very nice, but the cleaning staff need to slow down and make sure each room is the best it can be for their guests.

This hotel was very nice for the money with one exception. The pillows on the bed are the smallest I have ever encountered on a bed in a hotel room. My suggestion is to bring your own pillow. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and things to do.

My husband and I recently stayed at Sleep Inn on the Parkway in Sevierville, TN (June 7-June 11). Upon checking in, we were pleased to find a clean room that smelled nice and looked modern. We soon also discovered the water in the shower was hot and the towels were soft. We discussed possibly making reservations at Sleep Inn for our upcoming October trip to nearby Gatlinburg, TN. However, on Friday, June 9, upon reviewing our checking account balance, I discovered that our debit card had been charged $400.28 for our 4-night stay, of which we had agreed to. And then there was another pending charge for $300.28. We run a small press publishing company and were set up at a show, so I sent my husband back to the hotel for an explanation. He was told that it's corporate policy to place the hold for the $300.28. This tied up these funds for 3 days. We were just lucky that we hadn't charged food/gift/tourist items in this amount and overdrawn the account. If we had, would Sleep Inn have compensated us for our loss? When we checked out, I asked to speak to the manager and she was not there. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the clerk there and she said, "The manager already explained this to your husband at length." It was obvious I was just a bother to her. She asked if I wanted the manager to give me a call when she got in. Both my husband and I indicated we did. We are still waiting on that call. Guess we were a bother to the manager as well. Our friends stayed a short distance away at Baymont Inn. They had no holds put on extra funds there. Upon checking out, we stopped at Baymont to see what there policy was for staying with them, and i think the clerk was going to have a heart attach when I told him how we were treated at Sleep Inn. He said AT MOST they would have only put a hold on your first night's stay (which would have been about $60/$65 since it was during the week. So guess who we will likely be staying with in October and subsequent trips to the area...certainly NOT Sleep Inn or a choice hotel. I also sent an e-mail to corporate for Choice Hotels and am still waiting on a response as of June 18, 2017. You do have a CHOICE in where you stay. Avoid Choice Hotels!

The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was amazing! The hot breakfast every morning was delicious and they kept it well stocked at all times. Felt safe and slept great and had lots to do and see nearby!!!

I stayed three nights in this hotel from Sunday to Wednesday. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room and the overall condition of the facility. The corridors are a bit rough and dreary, but I didn't care since it wasn't the corridor where I'd be staying. When I have to venture that way again, I will be sure to see if there are any rooms available.

Older hotel and when we first entered I was a bit disappointed, however that quickly changed. They keep it very clean!! We had planned on traveling with out dog but my son actually kept her. The room they originally put us in was a pet room and they had just shampooed the carpets which were a bit damp. We asked to be moved and it was not a problem. I had left my favorite pillow on the front desk and they immediately made sure we had it returned. We stayed for a few nights and the housekeeping did a wonderful job with our room. We did not use the pool as we were out so much but it was kept up and the kids seemed to be enjoying it that were in it. Breakfast was decent also. Beds were very comfortable.

This isn't a bad hotel it's just not a luxurious hotel. Most people understand, that if your looking in this price range your not going to be staying at a 5 star resort. The beds are very firm (which I don't like) but the room was clean and the front desk was friendly. They do have a decent breakfast with several hot foods: biscuits, eggs, etc. Overall it's just an average hotel but that's not a bad thing.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel over the last 3 years. We had ONE issue with the A/C the first year and they gave us another room ASAP. Never had any other problems here, the staff have always been nice and the free breakfast in very good!
