The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The patio was very nice. Only problem was the floors/ceiling very thin. All night could here the family above us stomping in the room. Next time getting room on 4th floor.

Room was clean but the downside to that was the air was not working properly . They did give us a fan to keep us somewhat comfortable but it was small and still didn’t blow out strong enough to keep the room cool . The living room space was the only area that got cold enough . Elevators were EXTREMELY slow !! They really should have more than one working . The customer service was okay .

Room was clean. Could use upgrade on sofa sleeper, little on the uncomfortable side. We have stayed at many other hotels in Pigeon Forge but this by far was the best. Definitely a focus on customer service. A very quiet place.
