The young lady at the front desk was amazing. Very helpful and very friendly!! The room was clean. The carpets do need cleaning bad in the hallways. Room carpet could use cleaning also But overall we enjoyed our stay

The only thing I liked about the property aside from free parking , was the fact that the front desk agent moved mebecause of the filthy room conditions and the lack of any amenities. This place is definitely on the "No" list. It smelled of mold and chlorine the moment you walked in the door to grab a rusty filthy cart for your bags throughout the entire trip to the room. The room was filthy with stained cushions on all seating with no phone or clock and a confusing tv set up. Mold covered the top of the shower which was also patched due to a leak? There were fixtures on the walls for nothing. Apparently remodeling was started and holes and such were covered up. Lights were ify with a couple beng burnt out. Hairdryer deciuded when it wanted to work. I was literally afraid to sleep in the bed. I requested to move and was accomodated by downgrading to a double queen with less room and similar issues. A simplke apaology would have been nice. Nothing was said or addressed. They just asked that I have my things moved out of the room by 11 am so housekeeping could get in. What?? Guest satisfaction is not in the cards at this hotel.

Plenty of parking. Not an upscale hotel but was worth what we paid. The staff was really nice. Check in and out was easy. The hair dryer in our room didnt work but it didnt really bother us. It does need some updating especially in the bathroom. In our bathroom the paint was bubbling and peeling. We was able to walk to get food, which we loved. We had never stayed at this hotel before so we wasn't to sure what to expect. We would totally stay here again if we was on a tight budget.

The staff were kind and personable. The hotel room Was clean along with the entire property. The hotel is located in the perfect location within walking distance to the major shopping and attractions. It also sits back from the main road which makes it quiet. The only complaint was the bathroom is on the smaller side, however does not affect your stay!

Rooms were very outdated. Wires to the TV strung across the room. TV didn’t work at first. Telephone never worked. Bottom of shower was dark with ground in dirt. Staff was nice enough though.

Location is convenient. We had everything in the room that we needed. The bathroom was extremely small and the vent fan did not operate. The bedspreads were unnecessarily worn and shabby. HVAC worked fine. Cold fridge and operating microwave. The room was quiet and we slept fine.
