Front desk was nice. Basic hotel- served our needs.
There was blood on the toilet and the bathtub was not too clean either. Other than that, I think everything was fine
Very nice stay. Staff were pleasant, parking convenient, staff pleasant, and cleanliness first class. My only complaint is there was not enough elbow room on the toilet.
Staff didn't go out of their to be helpful. Our room door hardly shut. The walls are paper thin. We had to listen to the couple upstairs having a "session. "
Bed were weird with the base they had and the mattress didn't stay put on them it slide when you moved, sat down etc. shower were super small. Our rooms floor had the flooring boards or something were soft that the floor sunk when you walked on it and it all slanted to the center of the room. It slanted enough that you'd loose your balance if you didn't pay attention
The people at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The nightly rates were reasonable as well.

To small of room it said king when we got there we felt like we were in box there wasn’t any room at all And you tell they do not enter room they did any way
Didn’t feel it was safe. And, the room was too small.
Someone was able to get through to my room at 1030 in the evening and state that my card used for deposit had been lost. I was tired and knew i had protection on my card so i gave it to the lady. 2 minutes later a charge for $709 was attempted on my card. I declined it and had to order a new card. I notified tdee front desk and the lady was useless. She said she'd notify the manager as the only way to get through is being connected from the front desk. It's been over a week and still no call back from manager. The hotel was decent enough but be mindful because only employees could get through to my room phone....
