It’s was nice and clean and organized and very welcoming

To small of room it said king when we got there we felt like we were in box there wasn’t any room at all And you tell they do not enter room they did any way

Didn’t feel it was safe. And, the room was too small.

Someone was able to get through to my room at 1030 in the evening and state that my card used for deposit had been lost. I was tired and knew i had protection on my card so i gave it to the lady. 2 minutes later a charge for $709 was attempted on my card. I declined it and had to order a new card. I notified tdee front desk and the lady was useless. She said she'd notify the manager as the only way to get through is being connected from the front desk. It's been over a week and still no call back from manager. The hotel was decent enough but be mindful because only employees could get through to my room phone....

Most mornings they were out of most of their breakfast foods. Housekeeping did not come around and ask you if you needed things on a daily basis you had to chase them down. There were ants in the rooms and the air-conditioner was leaking and a couple of the rooms. Not many of the workers spoke English which made it hard to communicate with them.Also they did not have adequate parking and we ended up having to park behind the dumpsters or help out in the parking area.

I enjoyed the kind staff and availibility of parking!!! Our room was near the lobby and I was worried about noise but it wasn’t a problem at all!!

Hotel was ok, shower was messed up. More water came spewing out of the faucet than the shower head when you needed the shower. Seemed clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, not worth $135 that I paid though.

Stayed here before but this time the room we had was smaller with a very small bathroom, hardly enough room to close the door once inside.

We were very surprised with this hotel after reading several negative reviews after booking, we were tempted to cancel. So glad we didn't! When we checked in the staff was very friendly, our room nice and cool and were delighted to find towels on the bed like swans kissing!! The breakfast was just OK but was good enough to start the day. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.

Amazing! Room no complaints. Everything was as expected. Had an awesome stay. The window bed was a nice feature. Fridge was nice and cold. Ac was cold as well. Will definitely have to come back and stay here again. Walking distants from McDonalds and golden corral. Thank you so much.

At checkin, was made to return as room was not ready,checked in 1hour 20 min. later. Was greeted withboredom,disdain by lazy ,uninterested staffer.Sunday morning breakfast was out of eggs,grvy,milk for cereal by 7:40 and when request for food was made,had to wait 15 mins.for wordless response by staffer[main desk clerk].Thanks for nothing,will not return nor recommend to friends,John.

Thank you for staying with us! Housekeeping has a certain order they go in every morning that way all rooms are cleaned by the time check in comes. They will do all stay-overs as well, every day. If you need something before they get to your room that day, we are happy to get it for you at the front desk. We just need to be informed. Our parking lot has enough parking for the number of rooms/guests in this hotel. The parking near the dumpsters is right next to the building and very easily accessible. 99% of our staff speaks English and everyone that you should be speaking with will understand you completely. We do apologize for any miscommunication you may have had while here with us.
