Downtown Townhome A solo 10 minutos a pie del centro, con 3 BR 3BTH

Nuestro Townhome está ubicado a solo 10 minutos a pie a lo largo de un arroyo de montaña a todos los restaurantes y atracciones del centro de Gatlinburg. También hay una parada de tranvía ubicada frente al complejo que le brinda fácil acceso a toda el área de Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge.

Nuestra unidad está ubicada en la esquina y la piscina de temporada se encuentra justo enfrente del condominio. El condominio tiene su propia área de estacionamiento cubierto debajo del condominio para que pueda estacionar y caminar a todas las atracciones en el centro de Gatlinburg. También tenemos nuestro propio WIFI dedicado para que pueda navegar por la web o transmitir su propio netflix sin interrupciones.

The Townhomes tiene tres niveles con un dormitorio y baño en cada nivel. También hay una cocina completamente equipada, área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora y un área de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas.

La sala de estar / comedor cuenta con un cómodo sofá de cuero y dos sillas de cuero frente a un televisor de pantalla plana, también hay una chimenea de leña de gas de temporada que es perfecta para relajarse frente a las frías noches de invierno.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con vasos / tazas de café, cubiertos, ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina. Hay un microondas, nevera y horno / estufa para su uso. Nuestra área de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas.

El dormitorio de la planta baja cuenta con una cama King size, televisión de pantalla plana y baño completo. También tenemos una lavadora / secadora en la planta baja.

La sala de estar del segundo piso tiene un dormitorio con una cama king size y baño privado completo, también hay una televisión de pantalla plana en esta habitación. La sala de estar, comedor y cocina también se encuentran en este piso.

El área del loft tiene un dormitorio queen size y un baño completo.

Nuestra casa adosada tiene un porche cubierto y un balcón abierto.

Nuestra casa adosada ofrece una gran cantidad de comodidades que incluyen WiFi dedicado gratuito, una cochera cubierta y una lavadora y secadora privadas. El mejor servicio es la ubicación de todos los restaurantes y atracciones en el centro de Gatlinburg. Location to downtown was great, only a short walk. Very clean and worked well for our family. The only issue was that some of the switches didn’t seem to work. Overall, we had a great time.

Our whole experience was perfect. We took our 1 yr old granddaughter and our kids and it was fine good for that. I would recommend a heater for bottom room bc you have to run air for the top room not to get hot. But overall it’s a beautiful cabin and very family friendly

There was 6 of us in the condo.The Hot Water runs out fast and it takes a lot of time for the water to recover to get hot. I would suggest a larger water heater that can handle 4-6 people getting a shower at the same time. The master bathroom needs some upgrades. The condo was clean and the location is GREAT.

Lots of dust, several lights out, no light at the bottom of the stairs (entrance) three switches that did nothing. We had to climb the stairs to the main floor in the dark. Host not friendly and did NOT respond to voicemail or VRBO app message EVER. Rusty registers in bathrooms. Main floor bathroom Fan didn’t work and the cover was missing. No blankets just sheets and bedspreads. Patio furniture chipped. Loft was hot to sleep in. Street light right outside the window no curtain. It was really bright. Lower level bedroom was freezing. The loft bathroom tub dripped all night. Not enough hand soap in loft bedroom. The TV was set n closed caption and no remote to turn it off There were three signs in the condo warning about late check out fees. Bold with red underlining. Host appears to be unfriendly and unresponsive. Would not recommend.

Townhouse was very nice. Everything worked and was clean and neat. Was looking forward to using the pool for relaxing occasionally... We didn't use use it. The pool was dirty. Algae around the steps and sides. We could hear the filters running but the jet's weren't moving the water.

Spring Break 2025

Checked in on Saturday and out the next Friday. Very nice having a 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. This is a 3 level townhouse so if you don't like stairs or just can't do stairs this is not for you. The townhouse is nice and comfortable. Trash pick-upis almost every night and in the middle of the night so just know its a little noisy..

Location location location

This condo it in an amazing location. We were able to skip the traffic and just walk everywhere in Gatlinburg. There is a side road to drive out to the main drag too. The house is adequately stocked with kitchen essentials and a blow dryer. The mattress’ are just ok and a blanket would make it a bit more cozy, but with the heater on, we were not cold. We were there for new years and were able to walk to see the fireworks. The creek outside is wonderful to walk along.
