My desk broke dropping my laptop printers and other electronics. The desk was somehow patched previously in a very poor manner. The chair make you fall almost backwards. Very very poor maintenance. Very cheap and unsafe furniture. What a pity!!!
We stay in an accessible room due to my husband being disabled, and we never have a problem with any of the staff. Room is always clean. Beds are comfortable.

My family stays here often and have never had an issue with the property or employees. Room is always clean the employees are amazing. My boys love Ms Emily at the front desk. They always have to go say hi and bye to all of them.
I was charged 60 a day deposit i paid more then the confirmation said . They were rude very unprofessional
This hotel was really great for the low price. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is located right beside lots of neat stuff. Make sure you catch the Smokey Mountain Knife shop.
Older hotel but clean. Looks like paint chipping in the bathtub- great location.
We stay at this location multiple times and every tine the staff is friendly the rooms are clean and comfy. The pool is open late.

The people in the rooms around me were smoking dope and it was so strong in my room that me and my grandson both got sick I will never stay there again
