Beautiful chalet, sleeps 6. Lots of parking. Quiet lodging. The property was clean, even with Hurricane Nate blowing through. I like that the resort is outside the downtown area of Gatlinburg. Grocery store and shopping is close by.

My in-laws are Bluegreen owners and this is the second Bluegreen facility where we've stayed with them. It was very nice, as we expected, and the location was ideal. The views were beautiful. However, there were two drawbacks to this resort. 1.) The AWFUL NOISE of the garbage trucks beginning HOURS before daybreak. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. That is NOT at all relaxing. Everyone in my group complained about the awful noise. I don't think I got a single night of total rest due to the noise. The second complaint was the beds in the guest room where we stayed... there were two single beds separated by a bulky nighstand. I guess it was intended for small children? Anyway, I feel like the room was big enough to have at least two double beds. It was just... strange. My husband, two year-old, and I, who all share a queen size bed at home, had an awkward time sleeping in these two single beds. Other than those two things, I do recommend staying here, maybe just check on the bed selection before you book!

I echo the other reviewers positives - clean, nice layout, spacious, good location, etc. However, the property could be better taken care of. The biggest issue in our unit was the glass sliding doors were discolored by some kind of white film or something. So, no real view, and kinda gross. Windows are expensive, but these need to be replaced. See picture. Also, agree that lots of light. And sofas only "so-so" comfortable. Also pretty hard sell by parking desk to do 2 hours sales pitch in Pigeon Forge. Not a comfortable or welcoming feeling.

We stayed as a weeklong timeshare exchange in a 1 bedroom unit. Our family is my husband, myself, and our two small sons. PRO: The property is well maintained, perfectly located for those who want to be off Gatlinburg's main drag yet nearby. Grocery store, local shops/restaurants, gas station very close. Easy check-in. Heated pools. Unit clean and modern and stocked w all the basics. Mattresses are comfy, even the hide-a-bed mattress in the living room sofa was better than expected (esp for a 35lb kid). Stacked laundry machine in unit. Lots of parking right in front of unit. Great concierge service and discounts. CON: Noise and light. Noise and light. Noise and light. Noise: The unit was attached to another unit. We heard everything. Clanking plates, footfalls, showers, voices. The other side is a loft configuration, so many of the noises were directly overhead. It sounded like elephants anytime someone used the stairs and a wrestling match when they'd move around up there. Unfortunately, both sets of occupants in that unit beside us during our week were night owls, while our boys are asleep by 8pm. Luckily we brought two white noise machines for them in the living area. My husband and I weren't so lucky and simply had to stay awake or be awoken repeatedly until our neighbors settled in for the night (at 11pm). Also, trash service happened at 530am, so that is when our littlest one woke up every day. Needless to say, we didn't get any regenerative rest as we hoped. We don't begrudge the other families their fun and different schedules, but these units are poorly set up if you're expecting any sort of "mountain quiet." Light: Our unit had only blinds and no curtains. The units are right on the parking lot, across from large buildings, and there is a ton of fluorescent security lighting. And the bedroom is bizarrely at the front of the unit. So, not only is the property at large NOT a restful, serene, country escape, there was artificial light blaring into our unit all night. We had to put a towel over the front door's window to dim the light for our littles sleeping in the living area. Further issues included the utter lack of storage and counter space in the kitchen. We had to store groceries on the countertops bc all of the cabinets were filled w dishes, so the only place to prepare food was on the flat stovetop. It was, frankly, a stressful place to keep and make food for a week. Despite the good, we will not return to any of this resort's double occupancy units.

Very nice condo with all the amenities including a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub! The staff was friendly and helpful! Beautiful scenery of the Smoky Mountains! Perfect spot to witness the August 21, 2017 Eclipse!

Stayed here seven nights on a timeshare exchange. We had a one bedroom condo in building 9. The views were nice, the condo looked updated, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The kitchen had nearly new pots, pans and appliances. We enjoyed not being in the middle of traffic. We bought discounted tickets from the welcome center for the Dixie Stampede. All the employees we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful Cons: The walls are EXTREMELY THIN. We could hear our neighbor's every conversation (clearly), every time they coughed or made any other noises. It was like they were in the room with us. The air conditioner was so LOUD that we had to turn the volume on the tv up really loud to be able to hear - then when the a/c cycled off we had to turn the volume back down. Made for a not-so-pleasant stay when we were in the room. Probably would not return because of these two problems.

We realized we were lucky to find a room on short notice on night before the eclipse. The front desk staff however was very unenthusiastic about this big event in their area. In the morning in our rush to get packed up and out to get a good viewing spot for the eclipse, I left without my personal pillows. I returned to get them the following day but they had apparently had been disposed of or taken home by the cleaning staff. I am still hoping the staff will discover their location and return them to me. They were the new My Pillow brand. Finders, keepers, losers weepers.

We spent a long weekend at Mountain Loft. The location and grounds were lovely. The views were terrific. It was convenient to town, the Mountains and Pigeon Forge. If you do not want to leave the resort, the pools were very nice. Our unit was a vary large 1 bedroom with kitchen and living room. The bathroom was split in 2, which was very nice for 2 people. A sink and garden jet tub was open to the bedroom. Another sink, very small shower and stack-able washer dryer was in its own room. The room had pool towels, a safe and a iron. The kitchen had a full fridge, stove, dish washer and kitchenware enough for 2 people for the weekend. Unit 852, while seeming to be updated had some issues. The AC never turned off and revved like a car engine. Maintenance came by and ensured we had AC, but it was hard to tune out the loud sound. The carpet was worn and stained. The water pressure in the sink was good, but the very small shower had almost no water pressure and the valve was so loose it was hard to set the water for anything but very cold or very hot. The washer dryer was great, but the lint catcher in the dryer comes off while running and ruined a load of laundry with black spots and rips. Please note: the front desk staff and maintenance quickly tried to address our AC issues, which was most appreciated. We will definitely stay again.

This resort is quiet and has great views. We spent Easter weekend here with my parents in a 2 bedroom deluxe which is actually 2 separate rooms. We were in a handicap accessible room that met our needs fine. The resort workers are friendly and they had activities for the kids.

My mother in law has a timeshare through blue green and we made last minute plans to come stay here! We had a great time, everything you could need is included: down to the cutest mini salt and pepper you could ask for! We brought a cooler with food and ate in. The bathtub had jets for people who want to relax in their room! Would definitely recommend!
