The cabin was nice, the view of the mountains was beautiful when the sunset. Not to far from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but still had the privacy of not being in a tight neighborhood. The listing don’t tell elevation but if your going in the winter months it is up the mountains it was nice and dry in Gatlinburg but ice and snow at the cabin. It was a beautiful view though. Definitely would stay here again.

Grey Wind is a lovely cabin nestled off the beaten path. It had all modern conviences while still feeling rustic. The cabin was immaculately clean, smelled fresh and was nicely decorated. We didnt get to use the hot tub, but it was ina.secluded spot

The cabin has everything a family could want . Starting the day with coffee on the porch was perfect. The screened-in porch has a ceiling fan, so it's very comfortable for eating outside. The scenery was stellar.

The house was beautifully finished. Fairly easy drive up. House was equipped with necessities and more which made cooking and functioning very easy going. House was very clean when we arrived which is usually not the case in past experiences. Rooms were big and spacious. Having access to a pool was great considering we were traveling with kids. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends and would book again. P.s. the view if the smokies from the front porch is beautiful! And we ended up having bear visitors daily so keep an eye out for that!

The home is conveniently located to area attractions & restaurants. Evening thunderstorms didn't permit the pleasure of using the hot tub but the screened in porch was great for our family game nights and occasional meals. Pool table isn't in great condition - probably good for young teens; home & views are beautiful.Finding driveway was a little tricky.. as of time of this posting, look for mailbox with broken post. The Rd# is slightly covered so '7' really looks like '4'.

Average stay

This cabin was great as it was all one level. All three main bedrooms did not require any stairs to access them. There were some things that need to be addressed. Rokus took lots of time to get to work. We only had 2 TVS working after messing with them for a good bit of time. Bought new batteries for remotes and they still didn’t work. Cobwebs on fire place and the AC vents need some tending to. We also found evidence of mice in the kitchen. Threw away some food and was refunded for the food. They said they would address the rodent issue so hopefully that will be done! Overall out of all the cabins I rent (3 average a year) this was an average stay. The road to get to it is a long one off the main road and a nice drive into gatlinburg.

Spectacular view, nice accomodations.

Beautiful mountain view! Cool lightning struck tree in view. Very nice house with 3 bedrooms on a single level. Pool table and gaming in the loft are a bit worn. Shower door in the shared bath was off its track, so we just used the master suite shower. We didn't realize we had AC problems until the second of two nights, but the host was very responsive, and it should be fixed by now. Worth the price and we'll probably be back.

Fabulous Property

This cabin is lovely. It is secluded and private. The screened in porch is wonderful, spacious kitchen, super comfy beds. Our only concern was the location. It was further from Great Smokey Mountain National Park than we expected. It is quite a ways from Gatlinburg town. The hosts were very responsive. The game room with pool table was a nice bonus.

Beautiful view and clean, comfortable cabin

We enjoyed drinking coffee in the rocking chairs on the front porch and taking in the beautiful view. The cabin was clean and comfortable, including the beds. Plenty of towels were provided, which we don’t normally find. The cabin had games and puzzles that we enjoyed using. The arcade games and pool table were great as well. We couldn’t figure out the Roku devices, so you may want to bring your own, but we didn’t watch much TV anyway. We took our pet and there was a some green space in the front yard for her. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Excellent Stay!

A few friends and mine decided to do a girls trip in Gatlinburg and found this gem of a cabin! It was very clean and Brad was a great host and very communicative. We would definitely use again in the future!
