We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at your beautiful home! There was plenty of room for all 16 of us and the family enjoyed playing putt-putt, sitting around the fire pit and playing your other electronic games. We would go back there in a heartbeat!

Fun and games

This was an amazing place that was spacious enough that 11 of us and no one felt cramped. We had 7 kids between 16-19 and there was always something to do !! We are a very competitive bunch and between pool, air hockey, and the old school arcade games it was on ! Great location closer to Gatlinburg than PF but only about a 10 min difference. We would love to come back in the fall to see the leaves with that view it must be stunning.

Unforgettable Cabin Getaway: Perfect for Celebrating a Milestone Birthday!

I can’t say enough good things about our cabin stay this past weekend for my friend’s 30th birthday! The house was absolutely amazing—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. With enough room for 13 of us, we never felt cramped and had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The amenities were fantastic, offering something for everyone—from cozy spots to relax and chat, to fun areas for games and activities. The location was perfect for our group, allowing us to unwind in nature while still being close to local attractions. This cabin truly made our celebration unforgettable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to host a group getaway! We’re already planning our next trip back!

Family getaway 2024

Thank you for sharing your mountain retreat home on Powdermill Estate Road with my family. We enjoyed the seclusion and great views of the Smoky Mountains, while still able to access all the activities that the National Park, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge had to offer. Our very first night, we were sitting outside around the fire pit when a large black bear came strolling past us. (less than 15 feet away from us) The bear did not even glance at us, just went on his way. Excellent! The grandkids loved the black light mini-golf and theater room. The overall rating of only a 3 is because of the cleanliness of the home. I believe the cleaning crew should have done better.

Awesome place!

We stayed with my entire family of 16 people. The house was perfect size for us, and we loved being located in a more private area rather than right in Gatlinburg. Had groceries delivered to the house so we could cook some meals there rather than eating out multiple times a day. Overall, we had an awesome vacation. Saw several bears passing through the yard during the week, along with a box turtle and mountain lion sighting!

Beautiful property

The house was just as advertised. One note - there are no bedrooms on the main level. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 14. We ranged in age from 14 to 83 and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Vacation Stay

We really enjoyed the property. The property was very clean and stocked for those that would like to cook dinner in evening while on vacation. Everyone loved the put- put course our family ended up doing a tournament with the winner getting $100. Loved the privacy at this location, while still being close to all the activities. Highly recommend this house for your stay while visiting Tennessee.

Perfect Group House

We had 3 families with kids between 8 and 13. The kids kept themselves entertained with all of the amenities and the parents enjoyed the beautiful backyard. The house was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to make big group meals.

Great family get away!

This property is great for everyone and hosted our family well! Everyone had things to do and had tons of fun and we had so much room to spread out! Absolutely would recommend! The house is great and the views and things to do at the house are excellent as well!

Family vacation

While the drive to was a little rough (including a flat tire), loved the secluded location. The house was spacious and was just as described. Only complaint I had was the water pressure was low in the master bath, so running two heads at once was underwhelming. One drawer/cover in the master bath was broken up on arrival, but that was no issue. Overall my family enjoyed the place and I would return in the future. Thank you.

We did have a issue with sewage and had to move cabins in the middle of our stay but management was very helpful. Even tho that was an inconvenience it was out of their control which I understand.

All great. Just didn't like the surveillance.

We enjoyed the amenities. The place is super clean and well taken care of. The cameras are just looming when you go to a place so secluded. I don't believe they are used to spy, and probably more for safety. However, privacy is unknown when you see cameras around.

Amazing Property with many amenities and plenty of space

This is a super nice place convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed all this place had to offer from the mountain views to the games and hit tub. Spacious and clean with plenty of room for family and friends. Would definitely stay here again!
