We stay here everytime we come to Gatlinburg. We visit twice a year and have stayed here 8+ times. We split our days between the strip and the park so this is perfect. Great coffee on all day, breakfast does the job and we always get some hot tub time in. As long as you dont mind a little walking you can park at the hotel and only drive if you go into the national park.

This hotel don't have view from any room . Before i paid to expedia in the front desk i asked if everything included. The lady said yes.and the credit card inly for security. But when i left they took for me parking fee. I wait for manager (that never showup) . Don't recommend this hotel.

The property was clean, however it was dangerous when pulling out onto the street from the lot due to bushes on the left side blocking the oncoming traffic which were coming down the hill. Also, there was only one handicapped parking space near the front door.

Staff was lovely when I requested an early Checkin. The rooms were worth of a much higher nightly rate compared to other properties. Everything was spotless and in excellent condition. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. We enjoyed the pool all to ourselves on a Sunday evening and then the hot tub which is large and well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel and the excellent staff on site who were so helpful!

Room 318 had a very strong odor and felt extremely moist. I called the front desk, and they kindly offered me an upgrade, which I appreciate. However, that room should never be offered to guests in such a condition. The breakfast was okay but had limited options.
