We were very happy with our stay! We had difficulty with the code provided when we arrived . The host answered the phone and was able to change the code for us. He was very responsive. Even though we continued to have issues with the code all weekend, it didn’t take away from the amazing little place with a cabin-like feel. Absolutely loved the towel swan that was left on our bed to greet us, the wood-burning fireplace (firewood is available for purchase in the office, the balcony with a stunning view, the kitchenette, the big screen TV in the living area (and smaller screen to watch in bed). It was perfect for our mother/daughter getaway. It is at the summit (the complex is aptly called The Summits) and it was so cool to be at the top. We were even higher than the gondola that you could see going up to Ober Mountain from the patio. It was windy as all get up and we were under a severe weather advisory for wind, but the place is solid as a rock and we felt safe, even at that altitude. It was actually quite peaceful. If you aren’t used to driving steep, winding mountain roads, be sure to arrive in the daytime. Once you drive it, it’s no problem. We are used to mountain roads. We saw two bears walking through someone’s yard about 2 minutes from the property, so pretty cool. There is an indoor pool but we didn’t have time to use it. Will definitely be back.

We stayed in the Extraordinary Mountain Views property to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The property caretaker had created a lovely towel sculpture of kissing swans for us. The room was clean and everything worked after an initial issue of the entry code not opening the door. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would return.

Beautiful views from the balcony! Adorable cozy cabin feel even though it’s a condo. There is a regular coffee maker so make certain to bring regular coffee, not K-cups.Would definitely recommend staying here!

The best part about the property is the view. Just amazing. They are doing exterior renovations which were needed. The room was clean. There were a few things that could use some attention. The kitchen was dated and needed paint. There was no counter space in the kitchen because there was a double sink...which is not needed. The fridge was full sized and new, which was great. Had plenty of space. The electric stove looked like it was from the 70's. Electrical outlets need to be replaced as they are extremely loose. Plugs easily fall out. One outlet behind the couch had no cover on it. This is a hazard. The bedroom/living room was great. They had a nice TV over the fire place with access to many channels and apps. The balcony was amazing. The view is worth the stay. We were very happy overall. It does look like renovations are underway, so I can't complain. I will stay here again. Also, there are about 4 to 5 ways to get to town 15 minutes below, all are beautiful drives, but take your time....the roads are narrow. You can't go wrong staying at these condos. It was exactly what I was looking for and already shared the location with my friends who will also stay here.

You really cannot beat the view from the patio! This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it all over again. I love that it is a little condo but with a true cabin feel. Everything that you could need is provided especially kitchen and bath items.

Sweet little getaway

Fantastic stay! Beautiful view and great location. Had an issue with the a/c unit but it was resolved in a timely manner, other than that my husband and I had a great time!

Ski Condo

It was a nice and comfortable place to stay! Love the view and how they keep us informed all the time. Sadly we just missed using the indoor pool and hot tub, but overall we had fun staying in Gatlinburg.

Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park

It was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. We loved the location and views of the room as well as being near the top of the mountain. The roomdecor fit well with the area and we were happy with all it’s amenities. Nice to come back to after a day of hiking.

Honeymoon stay

We LOVED this gorgeously decorated, extremely clean condo in Gatlinburg! Unfortunately, I got sick with the flu the first night there, so we just stayed in the condo the whole time, and left early when I tested positive with the flu- but we loved this place. Great for a couple- very cute/romantic getaway cabin with gorgeous views!

I love this place

The view is beautiful, you can see the mountain and city light from the window. Just bring the instant food, they have various utensils and kitchen tools. The admin is responsive.

Beautiful quick trip!

We loved staying at this property! It was just what we needed for the quick weekend trip. It is high up in the mountains which can be a challenge to get to if you aren’t used to the drive, however it is totally worth the view you get outside your window! The property is as easy to find and access. It was very clean and has everything you need! The owner was amazing and very understanding! During our stay we got a lot of snow and had to stay past checkout time to wait for roads to be plowed and he was very understanding! I would absolutely stay here again!

New Year's Eve & Snowboarding

I selected this property for a surprise family trip to snowboard at Ober Ski Area in Gatlinburg. The condo was perfect for my little family of 4. My boys, 10 & 11, enjoyed the hot tub and heated, indoor pool area during our down time. The condo's views of the mountains and downtown Gatlinburg are breathtaking. We were able to view the New Year's Eve fireworks directly from the condo; warm and dry from the winter weather. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick meal. The little Chalet Village Market down the mountain is well stocked for any forgotten items and you don't even need to get stuck in downtown traffic to get there! Oh, and the pizza place next door to that market is amazing. We grabbed pies at least twice during our trip... Again, no downtown traffic to get a bite to eat. We'll definitely be booking again.

Spectacular Smokies

We loved this stay. The views were phenomenal. Watching the sunrise from the balcony each morning will be a warm memory for years to come.it is a trek to the summit of Ober Mt (so make sure you’re prepared for the steep climb and have a vehicle that will pull it!) The facility wasn’t extravagant, but was clean and cozy—just what we were looking for and exactly as pictured/described. The outdoor pool is heated, FYI and the indoor pool, though small is nice for a little exercise. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect couples retreat

Took my girlfriend for a short get away and this was a perfect cozy place in the mountains with a beautiful view! Very clean and well kept. Only a 14 minute drive up and down the mountain to the parkway strip in Gatlinburg. I would definitely go back and nost definitely recommend to couples looking for their get away!
