We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Nice view of the mountains at the back. I love the lay out of this cabin. Although we didn't get to access the wifi because the password wouldn't work, we still had a great time. The road going to the cabin is a little steep and the road to the cabin is not big enough. But it was a great adventure to stay closer to nature than booking in a hotel. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
We booked a cabin with Jackson Mountain Rentals in Gatlinburg. The cabin we booked was Daisy’s enchanted cottage. Two hours before we arrived, they called us and told us that cabin would not be available and they would move us to a different one called Garden blessings. They said there would be no extra charge, which made us think maybe we’re getting an upgrade. Oh how wrong we were. We booked a two full bath Mountain View cabin that was beautiful according to the pictures. What we got was a wooded view with overgrown grass one bath one bedroom. I talked to the agents about compensation which they finally agreed 50. It took us almost an hour to get in the cabin (another long story). We rode by the cabin that we were suppose to be renting and there was someone in there. Supposedly there’s no pets allowed, but there was a dog barking inside the cabin. This was a horrible experience and I would never rent from Jackson Mountain rentals again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
