Host was very informative & answered all our questions promptly. The cabin was spacious accommodating 8 adults & 3 minors easily. It’s located within minutes of downtown Gatlinburg. Be aware that bears are indeed in the area & can cause serious damage despite following all warnings regarding food in vehicles or using bear proof garbage containers. We enjoyed a wonderful family Thanksgiving reunion & we’re extremely satisfied with our choice of VRBO’s!

This was the best cabin we have stayed in! The cabin was clean, well maintained, spacious, and close to all the attractions. The hosts were kind and responsive and we saw 3 bears come up to our driveway which was thrilling! The Mountain view was amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Host are awesome at responding. The cabin is beautiful!! The view is spectacular!!! We had an amazing timeI will say we thought it was 4 bedrooms with 4 separate bathrroms. It is 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor with their own bathroom each. A room on the main floor has a bathroom thats thiers/open for everyone kinda dealThen the topfloor is a bedroom with its own balcony . Then there is the open space that looks over the living room that has the double bunkbed . There is one bathroom up there for everyone upstairs. Not a big deal just some adjustments needed made. Figured id add to review for anyone. Who may read the layout like i did. Cabin is amazing and worth staying atOnly slightly negative Lots of echo throughout it. You can hear the people on the bottom floor on the top floor.without yelling.

The house was exactly as pictured. Even better in person. The decor was amazing and so well thought out. It was so nice that there were starters of everything from Kurig coffee pods to dishwashing liquid, shampoo and hand soap on all the bathrooms and so many towels we didn’t even have to wash them. The house was so beautiful we wanted to stay home in the evenings and enjoy the property, the views and to play cards and games. The owners could not have been nicer and so easy to deal with. Just a great experience. Highly suggest this home to complete you stay in the beautiful mountains of Gatlinburg.

Perfect place for my friends and me to get together for a reunion. Super close to Gatlinburg and easy to get to the free trolley into town. We would happily stay here again if we were planning another trip to Gatlinburg.

Great house for all ages. Clean, kept up with and everything in order. David and calli were great. Drive up the mountain is steep but the views were worth it. Bears all over which was awesome.

Family Retreat perfection

What a beautiful home! Our group from 1 to 57 enjoyed every single moment. The hot tub and game room! Sitting on the deck for morning coffee, meals, and to watch the bear each evening. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets amazing! The kitchen was nicely stocked. It was perfect that each room had its own bathroom. We didn’t have any problems. We enjoyed many activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect for our 4th of July getaway!

My family (wife and 2 young boys) decided on a last minute trip to Gatlinburg for the 4th of July with another family (also 2 parents 2 boys). We were very much wowed by this VRBO. It met all of our needs and then some! Spacious enough so we felt as though we were not "on top of" one another but, at the same time, little or no space was wasted. The owners were great with communication and made our entry and exit seamless. Excellent location as far as proximity to the Gatlinburg strip goes (just note that the drive might not be for the faint of heart lol). And yet, when our adventures were over, we were stoked to go back and chill at the VRBO. Stop reading this review and just book it. You won't be disappointed!

This home is amazing! It was a perfect set up for multiple families - everyone could have their own space but the common spaces were open & big enough for us all. We loved the location (easy to get to both Gatlinburg & PF but not in the thick of it all) and views. We saw bears around the house nearly daily! Beds were comfortable & the house was well stocked (even things like hand soap in the bathrooms, laundry & dishwasher detergent, etc)! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house! We loved our stay at this house. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Good location to the pool (walking distance). Several bear sightings from the balcony. We appreciated that this home is close to one of the trolley stops which is a free option to get in to town. Would love to come back!

The View

The view at this chalet was absolutely breathtaking. The multiple levels of balconies with covers allowed us to enjoy it in the sunshine and the rain. The kitchen was well stocked. The game room was a huge hit with all ages in our group. The beds were large and comfortable with extra soft blankets. We saw a bear stroll down the driveway two nights in a row! I would absolutely come again.

Family Getaway

We had an outstanding time. The cabin is just as Cali and David advertise. The views were incredible and so close to so many different activities that we wanted to be involved with. In addition to the giant windows in the main living area, every bedroom had a wonderful view.Our grandkids loved the many games and activities within the cabin and really enjoyed relaxing with the hot tub.Ideal location for a family event. Couldn’t be happier with our choice to go.

Beautiful Home with beautiful Views

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Views were beautiful, the game room was a big hit with the kids, and the beds were COMFORTABLE! So often we have stayed in places that the mattresses are terrible so that was a very pleasant surprise. Would definitely vacation here again

Family vacation in the Smokey's

The property was beautiful with an amazing view. All the amenities were clean and well kept. It was a perfect retreat for a family vacation - we had 3 families that stayed and the space was beautiful. Close to Gatlinburg, but out in the mountains and away from the busy.
