First night was great. Room perfect. Second night, 1st room had bad odor and was dark. They moved me to another room and it was better but the neighbors were so close, I think the room barely had a board between my bed and their’s. Kind of odd, and I was glad to have my ear buds until I fell asleep. A phone call next door could be clearly heard. Also, all the rooms have a large vent over the toilet with a hole you can see into as you sit there. Creepy

I was locked in the hotel room for almost an hour after the door lock malfunctioned. They had to break the door to get me out and I was having a panic attack. Nobody even apologized for what happened and despite being told that a manager would call me, nobody ever did. Terrible customer service and I am pursuing this matter further.
