We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this VRBO. The host’s communication was excellent from start to finish—clear, responsive, and very helpful. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated for Christmas, which made the holiday feel extra special. The kitchen was very large and well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and gather as a family. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna—it was the perfect way to unwind. This place was comfortable, festive, and thoughtfully set up. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay and host. The host is very responsive and attentive. The house is conveniently located, clean, and beautiful. I loved how the host pays attention to the details and had Christmas decorations up for our stay. Overall great experience.

We loved staying here!! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to cook for our stay. Very close to the grocery store in case you forget anything! Walking/biking trail that runs behind property. It is close to the main road and doesn’t have a fence so if we had little kids I think this property would have been a little stressful. But for us adults, it was great! We loved the sauna and hot tub, both worked great and were very clean! The host was very quick to communicate and respond. We would definitely stay here again!!

We very much enjoyed this immaculate property. There were only four of us, two couples, but this property would have easily accommodated 12 or more people. It was absolutely spotless with a view of the beautiful “Caribbean Rockies.”

Great property, we really enjoyed our stay. The kids really loved the pool, which was right across the street. Although we didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub and sauna, they both looked like they worked. The AC worked great as well. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. We even used the outdoor pizza oven, which didn't go as well as we hoped, but that was on us. We also loved that we could walk to the local grocery store. All in all, great place.

Beautiful inside and out!

Our experience was wonderful. Communication from our host was impeccable, and the check in/out process was clear and easy. The location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants/stores and parks, and a short drive to the beach. Our kids really enjoyed the club house pool and hot tub right across the street. It was a nice way to end each day. I would definitely recommend this property and it's host. You won't be disappointed!

Family Trip to Bear Lake

Great location. We used the pool one afternoon and we were able to walk to the market and our dinner at Campfire Grill - highly recommend a reservation there. We could also walk to the marina and did rent a boat which was 100% with the cost. A great spot for a few nights.

Speechless

I was absolutely dumbfounded by this property. The ease of booking, ease of checking in, TOP tier amenities and stunning home. I grew up with a family cabin on bear lake and this was a nostalgic trip for my wedding anniversary with my wife and 2 y/o daughter. The home is beautiful, well maintained, fully stocked with anything you could ever need (including some kids toys that came in CLUTCH) with an absolutely stunning view. The area is quiet with borderline immediate access to both mikes market and Coffee and Crepes. Book this property.

House was clean, well stocked kitchen and great view of the lake. Would have appreciated hooks for coats and ski clothes in the entryway. Initial problem with the sauna but property manager was responsive when we reached out and able to get it going. Overall great space for multiple family getaway!

Amazing

The property was perfect for our family of four. Clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Hot tub and sauna were wonderful after a full day of skiing. The property managers, Jake and Bryan, were extremely responsive. We will be back next year.

Short Christmas Stay

We stayed just for 2 nights to relax and ski beaver mountain and enjoyed this house so much!! Great host and beautiful, clean house! It was even decorated for Christmas which was the perfect touch.

July 4th weekend

The house was very clean and comfortable with everything you need to feed a large family like we had over the weekend. The only reason I would give 4 stars rather than 5 are things the owners cannot change. The location is right on the busiest street in garden city which is convenient when you want to go to the grocery store, but hanging outside was annoying with the street noise. Also there is no beach you can walk to whatsoever. The marsh area across the street is attached to a private drive way or travel through mud. All other beaches are driving distance away and on July 4th weekend felt very far away with traffic. If those things would not bother you, but want a clean and well supplied house this place would be perfect.
