The entire home at Waterdance Bear Lake is Triplex Building B which consists of three units (Aquamarine, Blue Topaz, and Cobalt). It is fully furnished, sleeps 110 guests on 15,268 sq ft, 24 bedrooms, 20 full baths, 5 full kitchens, 21 fireplaces, patio with 3 fire pits, 6 large great rooms, indoor playground with 3 story slide and lockout doors to adjacent units.

Waterdance Bear Lake is located in the center of Garden City, Utah. Stay warm all winter long with the year-round indoor pool/spa with pickleball, playground, ping pong and more. Heated outdoor pool access open Memorial Day-Labor Day. Close to pools, beaches, restaurants, and shops, with easy access to trails leading to mountains.

We are located in the heart of Garden City at Bear Lake, within walking distance, via bike path, to shops and beach with easy access to trails leading to mountains.

All three homes (Aquamarine, Blue Topaz, and Cobalt) within the larger home have their own fire pit and grill (gas is provided), but share a large grass area out back. The kitchens are well stocked with cookware. They are stocked with most basic cookware and kitchen appliances. If you are not sure if we have it, it is best to ask or bring it from home if possible.

We provide satellite TV to all homes as well as free high speed wifi. Please understand that Garden City is a rural community and these things can come and go depending on weather and many other factors. A lot of the time we don't have control over outages and usually it is back up within a few hours but sometimes in can be longer. Most of the TVs in the home are smart TVs that are capable of streaming. We only provide live satellite TV to all of them.

We do not allow pets in this home.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group. The views were absolutely stunning, and the town was great, we loved exploring the area and soaking in the scenery.Just one note for future guests: the listing mentions 24 bedrooms, but two of them are not fully enclosed with doors, so it functions more like 22 true bedrooms. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but worth mentioning for anyone planning sleeping arrangements.Overall, we had an amazing experience and would happily stay here again! Highly recommend.
