This spacious 3-bedroom home sits on a large lot, so you truly feel like you've stepped into nature. This home features a master bedroom with a King Bed and HD TV. There is plenty of room for the kids as the second bedroom boasts two triple bunk beds with arcade games for their entertainment. The final bedroom has a queen bed and TV with views of the Mountainside. The living room has a large tv and a walk-out to the patio. The patio is huge and is great for kids to play, or to gaze at the Caribbean of the Rockies on our beach chairs. Roast marshmallows with our propane fire pit as you gaze at the views. This home is new with LVP and granite countertops. Two full bathrooms and plenty of parking space for boats or toy haulers. *Roads are plowed in the late fall, winter and early spring, but we recommend an AWD vehicle whenever there is snow.

KITCHEN/DINING:
We have intentionally stocked this kitchen with everything you'll need to make your favorite meals while on vacation! Top of the line appliances & the open floor plan make the kitchen and living areas one of the most popular gathering places in our home! Everything is included from the crockpot to the BBQ Grill!

LIVING ROOM:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The large and comfortable couch and chairs provide plenty of seating, and the large Smart TV provides easy access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open and airy feeling, and lets you enjoy the view of the turquoise blue lake!

BEDROOMS:
We know that you'll be exhausted after spending all day exploring Bear Lake, so we've furnished our bedrooms with high quality mattresses so you can get the rest you need each night! There are three bedrooms, all main level living.

Bedroom #1 - King (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #2 - Queen (sleeps 2)
Bedroom #3 - Two Triple bunk beds(sleeps 6)

Ideal Beach Resort:
This home includes a pass to ideal beach. Ideal Beach Resort includes many amenities including, private beach access, parks, hot tubs and pools for the whole family.



PARKING:
We created our driveway with you in mind. Room for multiple vehicles, a boat and all your toys.

***Ideal Beach's pools and hot tubs are only open from memorial weekend to labor day weekend. The private Hot tub is open year round.

The entire home

Located in the Sweetwater Golf Course Community. Rural vibes, some of the best views of the lake, and 8-10 minutes to Garden City shopping. You will undoubtedly see turkeys, deer and, if you are lucky, a moose or two!
