The Space:

Step upstairs into this cozy studio retreat, thoughtfully designed for comfort and easy vacation living. The living space invites you to unwind on the couch, stream your favorite shows on the smart TV, or pull out the board games for a fun, unplugged night in. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped with the essentials—fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker w/provided coffee, and toaster—making it simple to prepare beach-day snacks or casual meals. Gather around the dining table for four to share a meal or plan your next island adventure. Outside, the experience continues with access to a grill and fire pit, ideal for evening cookouts, roasting marshmallows, or relaxing under the stars. Surf + Strand Unit B is the perfect upstairs hideaway for guests looking for coastal comfort, great location, and all the essentials for an unforgettable Galveston getaway.



This studio unit comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 king size "purple brand mattress" beds and a full size sleeper sofa.



This home also includes a full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

· Communal washer and dryer on the side patio in closet. This is shared if unit A is rented.

· Street parking for 3 vehicles available.

· Guests have access to the entire upstairs, unit B, entry stairs inside the door.

· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at and actively monitoring the entry door.

· Children’s dinnerware provided.

· Long-term stays allowed.

· This home allows up to two dogs. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $39 that must be paid prior to arrival. Please contact the Customer Care Team with any questions or if you need to make the payment.
