Gorgeous beachfront condo in Pointe West! Sea La Vie features three bedrooms and two baths, this vacation residence is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. It is located on the first level (1 LEVEL ABOVE PARKING GARAGE) which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo. This condo is just a short walk to the dune walkover & Beach Club. *A storage locker is provided for this unit.
This condo offers: Queen bedroom, a second bedroom with another queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin over twin and twin over full) making this condo ideal for couples or two small families vacationing together. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, a fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare a dinner and entertain guests at the same time.
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional. Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of: • Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river • Hot tubs • Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room • Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year. • The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM. Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.
Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: • Check in: 4 PM • Check out: 10 AM • Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase. • All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required. .Beautiful however there were a few frustrations. The tub drain appeared to be clogged somewhat, drained slowly.In he haste to clean the place they apparently did not vacuum the chairs in the living area. My granddaughter got dog hairs on her black pants when she sat there for the first time. The kitchen faucet was a pain to use and figure out. Really needed a closet in the master bedroom.
Very nice place that is conveniently located on the first floor. Only negative is that the kitchen trashcan belongs in a bathroom and not in the kitchen way too small of a trashcan for the kitchenThe skillets for cooking are very small not much of an option thereNot a fan of the kitchen sink faucet with it being motion censored especially when batteries go out or starting to go out and then you have to replace the batteries. Not quite 20 to replace the AA batteries because nothing there is close to go purchase batteries convenient store.had to troubleshoot the lights in every bedroom and fans and all the bedrooms due to not working even though the breakers were not tripped. WiFi Fox with no power and Ian had to be reset once Wi-Fi power was restored.
