The views were amazing and we felt right at home! There were 8 of us with a 2 year old and we were very comfortable. There's a very short walk to the beach and there's a little 5 minute drive to get to the winding river but it is really nice! Matt was very responsive throughout our booking. We'd definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful family place with especially good set up our grandkids, ranging from 1 year old to 14 years old! They absolutely loved it. We were close to the beach walkover, and the provided toys, cart and chairs were so handy! The separation of space in the property layout was good. And a real standout was our excellent property hosts. We cannot thank them enough for their prompt communication, inputs and always there to answer questions and support us. We have a wonderful family vacation, and created so many great memories!!!! Thank you!

Fabulous experience!

Such a nice property! We loved the easy access to the beach, the spaciousness for all 9 of us, clean and comfortable! Highly recommend and we will be back!
Kids had plenty of room to roam and they loved the bunk beds!

Fabulous home and vacation spot - everything was perfect! This home is clean and comfortable and they went above and beyond to make for a great trip - the beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs for use were so nice to have available, and the walking path over to the beach was just across the street from the home. We spent most of our time at the pools - such nice amenities! We were able to have a golf cart delivered easily to the home for our use to get to the pools (there are golf cart paths on the property, you can definitely drive but the cart was fun). It was a very enjoyable stay and thanks to this lovely home everything was perfect. Loved the decks and hammock and all the comfortable seating. And - even our kids commented on how comfortable the beds were! Very comfortable and great stay.

Quick Getaway with kids and dog

House is spacious and beautifully decorated. Beach area was perfect. Close enough to walk easily. All of the beach equipment (Wagons, cooler and chairs) made it extremely easy to spend the day at the beach. The beach was clean and quiet. Extremely relaxing!

Great stay!

We had a group of 8 aging from 7 to 87 and all enjoyed the stay. We went when it was a bit chilly for the beach in early April, if you do so DEFINITELY get a cart rental to get to the heated pools and hot tubs, etc (which were great!), as it is some distance from those, but that was well known before we got there (and we made great use of our cart).

Nice Getaway

There were some issues initially but owners responded promptly to resolve. We all enjoyed our stay. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths worked out perfectly for our group of 10. Very close to beach access.

Senior Sunrise

We had a vacation with five high school senior girls! They are all graduating, going off to college and this was one last hurrah before they’re separated! We had a fabulous time, great location beach was perfect no complaints, the house was beautiful! The hammock and outside decks were perfect!

Great stay in Pointe West!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Monkey Sea, Monkey Dune. The home is spacious and well appointed with just about everything you could possibly need while on vacation. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing in the hammock. The beach is a short walk away and so peaceful. The hosts are fantastic — super communicative and helpful. Thanks for the memories. It was a trip to remember!

Beach getaway

Great "family friendly" home with lots of amenities including beach gear and toys. Very responsive host! A little off the main drag but great beach access. Surface clean but cleaning crew needs to do a deep clean....fans, vents, garbage can, move furniture to vacuum, base boards ect. Over all we would recommend and return.
