Looking for the perfect getaway to unwind? Our 'Beauty on the Water' 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home is the perfect retreat to relax or go out on the town in just a short car ride. With an epic location at the heart of Galveston, this home aims to please all enthusiasts and sits right on Madeline Lake!

THE SPACE - LIVING AREA / KITCHEN & DINING

As soon as you walk through the front door, you'll be welcomed by beautiful tall ceilings with an elegant living room and brick fireplace. You'll also see a full open kitchen with a breakfast bar and views of the water. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to prepare small or large meals including a toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and a set of wine glasses for entertaining. Gather around the very inviting kitchen and dining area and look out to the waterfront view of Madeline Lake.

THE SPACE - BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The master bedroom on the main floor is very spacious with a king bed, seating area, television, and en-suite full bathroom complete with a full tub! There is a full water view out of the 4 large windows here too - you'll never want to get out of bed! Also on the main level is a 1/2 bathroom and a laundry area accessible through the garage. The second and third bedrooms are upstairs along with a small office area and another full bathroom. Both contain a queen and double bed and access to the full bathroom. There is also an upper deck off the second bedroom also with amazing views of the lake and extra seating.

THE SPACE - OUTSIDE

Not only is the house comfortable and gorgeous, but the outside is equally as breathtaking. Step out onto the very large back deck with more seating, and enjoy the quiet summer nights on the water. There's additional a space for a small fire, rooftop deck and a boat lift! You are so close to the beach here but feel like you are living in your own little oasis!

Whether you want to enjoy your time the night before you depart for a cruise at the Galveston Cruise Terminal (twenty minutes away), enjoy a day at the beach (less than 5 minutes away), take the family over to Moody Gardens or Schlitterbahn (less than five minutes away), or just hang out at home, this location is the place to be!

Pets are welcome but with a fee of 25 dollars per night per pet plus 15 percent taxes
We'll ask for a signed rental agreement upon booking
A $500 dollar security deposit hold will be authorized 2 days prior and held for 7 days post stay
Digital keypad code provided for entry in check in details on the day of arrival
Uber, Instacart, Lyft and so forth available

HURRICANE SEASON
Hurricane season is approximately June 1 – November 30. If traveling during these dates, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, either through your booking provider or from another insurer, with coverage for natural disasters. While hurricanes rarely impact the Galveston area, it’s always possible, and they may impact your personal travel getting to the area. Refunds are not provided for weather-related trip delays, unless there is an evacuation order in the direct area of this property. Travel insurance can protect you from circumstances that may hinder you getting to the property, such as flight delays or cancellations.
