HORRIBLE SERVICE ZERO AMENITIES

Really sketchy location with zero amenities. The bar is closed. We waited over 30-minutes for a clerk to come to the front desk for check-in. We called the direct line multiple times with no one answering.

I’m not able to rate the hotel. I arrived and they had no electricity so I was unable to check in. This was not the hotels fault but was the fault of Hotels.com for accepting my reservation when there was no electricity in the area because of a hurricane. I’m still waiting for my refund.

I was unable to stay because hurricane beryl came through and they were closed down. I had to stay elsewhere. I was told i could cancel without penalty however expedia hasn’t emailed or called me back like they said they would to make sure it is canceled and I won’t be charged anything.
