Great location, lovely beach house

Super convenient to the beach and pool, beautiful home, lots of space. The whole family loved it. Bathrooms for everyone. Awesome bunk room. Some noise could be heard through the walls but not bad. One water heater wasn’t working when we arrived but it was fixed by the first evening there. Would definitely return.

Nice for multigenerational family gathering!

This beautiful home is a family favorite! A wine and cheese basket awaits you as you arrive. The location has quick access to town, groceries, and a parking garage which came in handy, as we were there during a few days of possible flooding. The elevator is wonderful for unloading all of our groceries and luggage, and easy access for our 80 year old moms. The dining table is very convenient to the kitchen and living area for games and has ample seating for 12. The rooms and bathrooms are nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has a large amount of cooking pans, dishes, cups, and glasses. Bring your own spices, oils, foil and plastic containers if desired. The swing on the bottom level was great for our grandkids. The storm did blow out a transformer so this house and the one next to it had no electricity for about 7 hours. The lights from the other houses around us kept it from being too dark at night as we waited. The ear piercing alarms in the house kept going off until the electrician could come, so we sat outside for a bit. We had called and tried all means given as an option to solve this. The homeowner said that they would work to improve this situation. One disadvantage for us is that the beach sand walkway past the wooden ramp is difficult to walk on for elderly folks, if it hasn’t rained recently to harden the sand. Thank you for sharing your home and giving us the opportunity to make wonderful family memories!

Stunning home

We stayed 3 nights with a 20 month old, a newborn and grandparents. All bedrooms and linens were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water and great pressure. Room darkening shades in all bedrooms. Master bedroom has a large walk in closet which we used for baby to sleep. Ample space for everyone to spread out and relax. Views from the deck are stunning. The home is stunning. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils you could need. Be sure to bring your own spices/ seasonings. All appliances were top notch. Elevator was so handy- we used for luggage/groceries only. Very short walk to beach. Highly recommend renting chairs/umbrella from the main office. It was such a treat to walk 100 yards and arrive to reserved chairs! We did not utilize neighborhood pool. If you are looking for a private beach retreat, this is it. We will be back! Also— 5 stars for Porch Cafe. Food is incredible.

Beach Trip 2023

First time to rent a Beach Home and this one was fabulous! Very Clean, great Layout, plenty of extras and so close to the Beach! Just what I wanted for the Grandkids! Definitely will get this one again!

Family Favorite

Our moms, kids and grandkids gathered to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the 5 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own well supplied bathroom. The dining table for 12 was wonderful for all of us to be together eating, talking and playing games. The close walk to the beach with the option of renting chairs and umbrellas allowed for great enjoyment for all ages! Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful memories at your place!

Mom's 80th birthday with family

This house was awesome! Beautiful house with comfortable beds, bathrooms and amenities and views of the ocean from the decks. Nicely stocked in terms of dishes, cookware, glasses, etc but would have been nice to have had some pantry basics and better trash can liners on hand. Loved the elevator on the property too. Wish we had not spent the extra $150 for access to the community pool as it's really small and was crowded and we didn't really use it so if you are debating, I would pass on that option. We hope to rent here again!

Great Family Get Away

Our family loved this property. Very clean and new! All 4 couples had their own bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Wonderful greatroom and kitchen - huge dining room table that sat all of us. You can see the ocean from the porches. We will stay here again!

Great location

Nice, new and wonderful location. Family had a great experience, enjoyed comfortable beds and new lovely amenities. I was concerned about all the “double” beds in the listing but they turned out to be queen-sized! Even better than advertised!

Good times with the family

Good times with the family at beach town Galveston! What a wonderful location our unit was, just across the street from the bridge walkway to the beach. The unit we stayed in was beautifully decorated, wonderful five bedrooms, and had everything we needed! we had so much fun, it was so nice to be able to all get together and spend a wonderful several days there. It is definitely a place I would love to return to!
