Rooms were clean and nice. TV reception wasn't the best but why are you just sitting in your room if you're at the beach? Breakfast was great! Location is not too far from everything. My only complaint, which isn't really a big deal, was not being able to check in 30 mins early cause the rooms weren't ready. I would use this hotel again.

The rooms were very clean the beds were fresh And clean no bed bugs or hairs in the bed and smelled fresh. There were some stains on ceiling and around the doors. A/C was very nice and cold!! Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing!! The beach view was great on the balcony. I would highly recommend this property and I will most definitely be back here on my next vacation!

On arrival, I stood at the counter for about 5-8 minutes with awkward silence and no acknowledgment from the person behind the desk. When we went to our room, the air conditioning wasn’t working- we went down to the desk to talk to someone about it - the phone in the room wasn’t working so we couldn’t call down. She let maintenance know and said someone would be up. We waited an hour and no one came so we went back down to the desk. Someone else was working at this time- he said he told maintenance about the problem 2 days ago- he moved us to a room on the first floor-this room had air. The room was poorly maintained. The hotel has three guest washers and dryers and they are all out of order. The breakfast was as it is in all the less expensive hotels. With so many options of less expensive hotels on the beach, I would go elsewhere and will not be returning to this one. There is no “hospitality “ from the workers, the hotel rooms are run down and obviously need decent maintenance. The lobby is bright and clean but deceiving for the rest of the hotel
