They will not need to access the home but will access the yard. - Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Back porch needs more lighting, tight spot to park in front of the house with the fear of being towed bc of blocking driveway or being in fire lane(communicating with the owner on this issue felt like I was talking to a bot), outlets in King bedroom upstairs didn’t work. Needed dishwasher pods and owner delivered next morning, which was nice and quick since we asked for them night before. The house over all was nice for a small vacation. Only thing that is a little tight is the living room. Rooms were spacious and kitchen had plenty of room for us to eat together. Home is on a busy street, important to note for small kids or parking. Home needs a few repairs but we had a good time together and enjoyed our time there.

We loved the location and parking. The issue we had was that there was terrible water pressure in the entire home, and we had to unstop the second floor bathroom sink. It was filled with foul water when we got there. Other than having to purchase batteries for the tv remote, we enjoyed the home and if the water pressure is fixed, we would stay again!

The home needs some TLC, especially the flooring for the kitchen and living room. For the area the home is in a deadbolt on the doors would be nice for added security. Nice to have the laundry.

There was scary repairs that needed to be done. I actually fell through the floor on the way to the bathroom last night. Air did not work downstairs. Big chunks of paint were coming off the stair railing hopefully not lead paint.many other repairs needed but mainly floors which are a basic assumption for safety.

The hosts are super hospitable, kind, and communicate excellently. Everything was set up so well that I didn’t need to contact them during my stay. They sent out communications at the right times as well and sent the right out of reminders where everything was just smooth. Will definitely consider BeachBox at the top of my list for short term rentals in Galveston.

Beautiful home, great location
My family stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Galveston. The price and location (to beach and town) are great. Parking can get a bit tricky, but our host did warn us prior to check-in. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. It is an older home, so expect some creaks while walking around.

The house itself was beautiful, clean, and well decorated. The outside was not well kept; the pool edge was broken (kinda dangerous) the grill was so filthy, trash all around the pool area, along the fence, and the trash outside was still full (brings bugs). The driveway needs to be repaired before it pops a vehicle tire.

Very close to the Carnival Cruise port. We scheduled this house for 16 people. It fit all of us well. The property manager was quick to reply to questions. Only negative is that the driveway/property is not gated and we had people wondering down the driveway asking for money.

Property was clean and comfortable. One of the beds upstairs was a little squeaky, but the layout worked out perfectly for our group of 11. The parking was also a bit tricky since there were people staying at the property next door. Overall though, we had a good experience and would stay here again.
