The breakfast had no coffee, limited choices on everything else. No one monitoring. The first room we were put in was next to laundry and it kept running until 2am even after I asked them to stop. 2nd room sounded like our neighbors were in the same room as we were...noisy! Will not book here ever again. Expected more from a Wyndham property.

Marie at front desk worked hard to fight computer problems that were plaguing the area. Pool was biggest in a hotel I have seen. And it was warm too. Hot tub was great. Easy access to downtown Galena. Clean hallways, room and good breakfast.

Room was warm and clean. Spacious bathroom. The breakfast spread had a large variety to choose from, including fresh fruit. Our only issue was the noise when the heater would kick on.

Scrambled eggs and bacon were very good! The mini fitattas were cold . Pancake machine was broken.. Butter should be left out to soften so it can be soft to spread on toast.
